The person that helped me to obtain the test kits and ,gave me advice ,and reassurance that the process of obtaining the necessary things to carry out the procedure ,to enable us to go on our planned cruise on November 5th 2022.Was very helpful and reassured me that she will continue with the necessary requirements ,as needed on the 3rd November.

I didn't receive the test before I travelled.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was preparing to travel to the USA with my partner and young son and in error booked the £90 same day PCR test for us all. Only 2 days before the booking, I realised my mistake and called to see if anything could be done. Without question, my £270 was immediately refunded, and whilst on the phone I was guided through the correct test booking which only cost a total of £60!! The tests were carried out professionally with my 7 year old son put at ease throughout. I wouldn't hesitate in recommended you and cannot thank you enough for your wonderful customer service. :)

Needed a last minute covid test and blind spot global were brilliant ,even though we didn’t have an appointment they managed to fit us in , nothing was too much trouble , will defo use them again 😄

Absolute 5 star company, after my error in the timing of getting my test to the drop box destination in Warrington the young lady(laura) at the chester office went above and beyond to make sure we had our sons results back in time to fly. Excellent company

This was very convenient for us as the testing centre is within walking distance - the nurse administering the tests was lovely: efficient and informative. Communication via email kept you informed of progress of tests and results came back well within promised timelines. Only quibble is that the online system does not allow you to make bookings for several individuals at the same time: each has to be done separately with some information like addresses duplicated.

Tests worked perfect, no issues whatsoever would defo use again.

A large group of us was travelling to Italy and a number of the party needed proof of a negative test for entry. Blindspot seemed the easiest company to deal with out of those that I looked at and we're really helpful.

We had left things late due to not understanding the rules but the company were great and provided the certificates really quickly as soon as we had submitted the tests to ensure we could travel with peace of mind and the documents were fine to ensure we could enter Italy and attend the football 👌 would definitely recommend

Second time we’ve used for “Fit to Fly” PCR tests. Easy to book and pay on line and very efficient and friendly service when the test was being taken. Results came back in good time (within 24 hours)

I can’t recommend Blindspot enough! The speed and efficiency of the delivery of test was great. Good explanation documentation included. My son tested positive for covid 6 days before initial departure date which meant flights needed rearranging. I emailed Blindspot who were very helpful, changed date of observed test with no qualms and a polite yet personal reply. On day of rearranged test I asked if time could be changed, again extremely polite and time changed. During the observed test which was performed jointly with my son, their was a little technical hitch on my end but when I connected to staff she was very friendly. She put my son at ease, the testing was performed easily. The results were easy to upload and certificate emailed promptly. Having used other testing services before I would only now use Blindspot and have recommended to others. A stressful part of the travel process was made as easy as possible! Excellent company!!!

Laura, Patrick and - on the day of the supervised test - Lauren, were professional, helpful and patient and made the whole process of buying, taking and submitting the fit to fly antigen test as easy as possible.

Once we had submitted the results and filled in the online form, we received our certificates almost by return.
