I ordered a jumper with you guys and chased for an update to be told that they had thought they had got back to me but it was now out of stock.
Unfortunately I never saw anything else I wanted so have had to get a refund. I am aware you are going through a major transition just something to be mindful of.

I bought a bunch of clothes from these guys as i was attending a 90's weekend. I ordered them well in advance but they did not turn up in time. When i arrived back i opened the parcel and tried 1 top on out of the 3 i ordered. I decided to send the whole lot back as it wasnt required anymore, all with tags etc.. they accused me of wearing the items and refused to give me a refund. I didnt even try 2 out of the 3 items on. So now they are expecting me to pay for the items that they have possession of so im left with nothing. I have not had any response for 4 days now so the next step is going into the store to sort this is out. Im not paying for goods that turned up late and that were returned to sender.

Really poor communication
Really poor communication. Had to wait several days for a response. A huge lack of communication on their part, had to contact them on several platforms to try and get a returns address. Really dissatisfied.
