What a refreshing change to deal with a company that is so willing to go the extra mile from start to finish
I think I changed the plan at least 4 times which didn’t seem to bother them one bit there knowledge and experience was a definite money saver with my planning they would say straight away no don’t do it that way it will cost a fortune do it this way it’s much cheaper and same high quality, I wish I found blue ape renewables a good few years ago I’d of saved a lot of money and time , there’s a lot of bad advice out there when it comes to solar , blue ape team understood and knew what I was needing and they delivered I couldn’t be happier with the results

Blue App Renewables were fantastic from start to finish. They went the extra mile to adapt the system to my needs and even sourced the exact make and model I wanted. The installation was seamless and completed in just one day. Excellent service.
My solar panels were not showing any movement in usage. I tried turning the system off and restart several times. I contacted the firm who installed the system and was advised the inverted needed replacing. This was a surprise as I hadn't known this happened approx every 10 years or so. That firm gave me a quotation and to check matters I asked for help on line. Craig at Blue Ape Renewables answered very quickly and was able to fully understand the situation.He understood my problems and offered a solution and gave me a quote almost immediately. I accepted the quote and within days the inverter had been delivered and has been satisfactorily fitted today. Craig and his team, including Emily have been First Class in the service I have received and keeping me fully aware on all matters. If only some other firms had a similar work ethic they may learn something. Excellent service and will certainly recommend Blue Ape Renewables wholeheartedly. Thank you, John

Having enquired with a few companies…
Having enquired with a few companies about a Zappi charger, a couple of companies didn't get back to me and I was passed Blue Apes number and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and immediate response from Craig with a magnificent price, instant survey date (which he carried out) and rapid installation date. Their office staff also responded immediately to any queries I had.
The head electrician - Phil - arrived on time and was extremely thorough and amazingly neat with his installation. He also uncovered a fault on the earthing of my electrical setup, from which another company didn't highlight.
On top of this Craig helped me switch over to Octopus Energy, has signed me up for the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, and even got me set up on an SEG payment for my solar which the company I had fit my solar (3 years ago) failed to do!
All in all, HIGHLY recommended. Superb service all round.

Absolutely first-class outfit to work with. I can't thank Craig enough for his professionalism and attention to detail. He made the entire process extremely easy and took time to explain every step. More importantly though, he followed-up to ensure everything promised was actually delivered. His admin and installation teams were also on-point so I cannot fault anything! I'd happily recommend them because they really do know wat they doing and, additionally, are absolutely customer focussed which I'm finding is becoming more and more of a rarity these days. Well done Blue Ape!

Absolutely fantastic company did everything they could to help me including contacting national power and octopus. To sort out a problem that octopus had caused, with being awkward and slow. "Top-Notch Solar System and Battary Install – Highly Recommended"
Just had a full install of solar panels, battery, and hybrid inverter. I have to say, the entire process was seamless. Craig and Emily were excellent from proposal to completion. The scaffolding installers were neat, tidy, and quick to take everything down once the job was finished.
The internal and external installation by the electricians was top-notch. The layout and cable runs are very neat and clearly well thought out. Overall, a 5-star company that I’ve recommended to friends and work colleagues.

I recently had a solar panels and battery system installed by BlueApe renewable and couldn’t be happier with result.They installed 12 JA solar panels with 9 kw Hanchu battery and 5 kw inverter. 9 panels & battery. Excellent service start to finish!
We've recently had 9 solar panels and a battery installed by Blue Ape and we are so happy with everything!
We had an unusual roof configuration that another supplier was unable to work around but it was no issue here. From first enquiry to the follow up support from Emily it's been an excellent experience.
The team that came out to install were great, respectful and left everything tidy and the panels and battery install/positions look better than expected. Would highly recommend them!

spoke to Craig about the solar panels and battery. His knowledge of the system and clear information is the reason i have given the high rating to Blue Ape.
He explained about each of the systems, how well the batteries work and their output based on the temperature outside. he explained the weight of each battery, their size and where they should be installed.

Just perfect!
Recently had 8 460w AIKO panels from Blue Ape Renewables and saved £4.50 on my electricity bill the day after install.
I was out through to Craig at the enquiry stage who designed the system for me and provided a thorough report which he sent through and explained in great detail to me over the telephone and gave me a full understanding of the system and what I was investing my money into - without applying any pressure.
I sourced a couple more quotes after this which came in around the same price and some even slightly cheaper - but it was my experience with Craig that reassured me that Blue Ape was the best option in terms of future support.
I placed my deposit and Craig carried out the survey himself the following day.
From there the installation was booked for the following week, with the scaffolders arriving on time and looking after our house which we’ve just had rendered.
The roofer and his labourer, along with Kyle the electrician and his apprentice River - all arrived between 8am and 9am on the day of installation and completed a tidy and neat job. I was especially impressed with the hard and tidy of work both Kyle and River - I certainly wasn’t expecting the electrics to look that neat! I’ve had the inverter installed on the side of my house with a canopy over it for added protection.
From enquiry to install the process only took 2 weeks, and was professional, considerate, and none-sales from start to finish.
Due to being a high user with the inability to get on an overnight tariff to charge a battery at the minute, Craig was honest and recommend I save my money for now until I can get an overnight tariff because I won’t have much surplus to go into a battery - however he put together a system with a hybrid inverter so adding a battery at a later date will be simple, and I’ll definitely be buying this from Blue Ape. It’s not often you get a company advising you NOT to give them your money!
Overall a perfect experience, and I will definitely be recommending Blue Ape to anyone who asks!
