A very fine experience
The service provided by Blue Ape has been splendid. The initial survey by Craig was careful and thorough. The scaffolders arrived a little late in the day and had to return the following day, but were very efficient and courteous. The panels have just been installed today with a minimum of fuss and no disruption. Kyle was particularly helpful and was very patient with my wife and myself (we are both mid-80s) in explaining how to install and use the app. Finally, Emily has been extremely helpful, always cheerful and pleasant and it has been a pleasure to deal with her.
All in all, a very impressive performance!

Extra Batteries
Craig was helpful all through the process of choosing extra storage batteries for my Fox system. In the end Fox could not supply the batteries I required. The service I received was excellent and I will be returning if anything else is required.

A company willing to help
I have been searching for a long time for inverters to be moved and struggled with finding anyone company that could do this. I contacted Blue Ape and spoke to Lewis and he has been fantastic. Lewis listened to what I needed and arranged for the work to be carried out to current standards.
I will be returning in the future for batteries and anything else I need as the customer service was excellent.
Thank you to Craig as well for your hard work.
I would definitely recommend Blue Ape to anybody looking for solar or batteries.

Great Service
Reached out to Blue Ape re: home battery only as I already have solar. Craig got back to me very quickly, answered all my questions, drew up a report based on my current system in which everything was explained in great detail (investment, ROI, yearly savings etc.). Very honest and didn't try to upsell me a larger system than what I need.
Compared to other companies I contacted, Craig was willing to liaise via email instead of phone calls (can't answer phone at work) and also unlike other providers he actually made an assessment of my situation and planned my system. Will be having the system installed hopefully within 2 weeks. Highly recommended.

There communications were superb, and the contract clearly explained.
A minor issue was rapidly resolved, and the system runs very well.

I’m really happy with my 78-panel solar installation from Blue Ape Renewables! The team was great from start to finish. The site survey gave me confidence, the scaffolding team was professional and made sure everything was safe, and the installers did a fantastic job, leaving the site clean. The handover was very helpful, and I now feel confident using the SolarEdge app to monitor my energy production. The aftercare has been excellent, with quick responses to any questions. I’m already seeing savings on my energy bills, and it feels great to produce my own energy. Highly recommend Blue Ape Renewables!
