Item arrived slightly later than anticipated, it was after the purchase, I realised it was shipped from Israel. But for the price paid, and because it was being shipped from abroad, it was a minor inconvenience , and the tracking of the item was perfect. Would use again

We asked if you wanted to cancel but got a reply more than 48 hours later, we offered you to return for a full refund including shipping fees but got no replies.

The service provided is awful!
The service provided is awful!! Everything was great until I needed a refund as the item they sent me was in no fit condition to give as a present!
They informed me that they are unable to process refunds via card so this would have to be done via pay pal (paypal have now deducted a fee). After returning the money they have not processed correctly their end so the money is on hold and I am unable to access. I have now sent in excess of 10 emails to them and not 1 has had a response!
Would definitely not recommend using this company! They have no telephone numbers what so ever and are registered in the UK to a storage unit! Only numbers I can find all go back to Israel and will not connect!

Absolute disgrace.
Absolute disgrace! Bought some Gucci sunglasses for my partner for Christmas which arrived yesterday. Poorly packaged, case scuffed and the to top it off, there is a side missing...yes you read correctly, a side is missing! Fine if you're a Dutch post-impressionist painter but not for the vast majority of the 2 eared public! I had to purchase the glasses from a different online seller as we're so close to Christmas. For my troubles I was offered a whole 10% off my next order! Disgusting!
