Very fast shipping but was shipped from Israel and had to pay customs fees. Immediately they replied to me to refund me the customs fees. Really amazing service and prices and product. I highly recommend this store, it is amazing!!!

I ordered Merrell Moab 2 LTR Mid men walking boots and was worried when received an email that they were despatched from Israel not UK. The boots arrived in 6 working days - original make and well packed and I did not need to pay any custom fees. Received postage updates via email link on a regular basis too. Very impressed + great prices and service overall. Thank you :)

Frame arrived day before shortest estimated arrival date.
I received product as described with certificate, box and glass cloth.
I am happy with my purchase and I will order again.

When I ordered the website side the item will be delivered in 5-8 working days. That was over two weeks ago. It turns out this company, which claims to be located in the UK, sends its products from all over the world. Mine was apparently sent from Israel. The carbon footprint is unconscionable, of course, and I never would have ordered if they had made that at all clear. Moreover, item still hasn't arrived because it's now stuck in customs, for the last five days. When I complained I was told that I will have to pay the customs charges myself, but they claim they will refund it. What a hassle, and how deceitful! Never again -- avoid this company!

Actually, this Is a good site to buy with no Rush. Item has arrived with no custom fees.
I had a promt refund for delay time in delivery.
I payd far less. It Is worth.

Update: my money was refunded in full eventually by the website.

I brought a bag, according to them it would be delivered within 20 days, but now its been 31 days still not delivered.

I wrote to them on 12th sep, they replied 15th sep, saying that item has been delivered to be on 12th September. I replied saying it hasn’t. Since then no reply, even after sending more emails. They reply multiple times in a single day before u make a purchase but later they do this.
As per tracking provided, last update is as ‘item released from customs’ on 3 September.

No reply, no delivery, authenticity highly doubt-able. Not recommended. The website is of UK and so is the address given on the website, and they claim all their items ship from Israel but the item shipped from Netherlands, which is the hub of all chinese counterfeit goods.

They have things that are not available anywhere else, and colors and varieties that are simply not available on any other website, i wonder how?
I have zero confidence in authenticity on this website,
they reply very friendly and very fast before u make a purchase but once u have any problem they simply stop replying.

Always use paypal for payment just to have a backup in case of any problems.

Really not happy with the service. Ordered a school bag for my son. From a UK site. €54.99 including delivery. When I checked my tracking it was coming from Israel so I'd have to pay duty and customs. They told me to refuse the delivery and they'd refund me. Now despite 6 emails no response and no refund. Blueberry Brands: New Order # 1300000862. Also their UK phone line doesn't work and they don't respond via messenger

I would like to amend my earlier review of blueberry brands. My shipping costs have been refunded to me. Thank you blueberry brands, Moria in particular. Very happy with the product.

I would just like to say my initial dealing online with this company was not great but I have since removed my last review based on how they handled my complaint.
In particular I would like to thank Moria for the swift professional way she dealt with my issue. Unfortunately I was not able to complete my purchase but my faith has been restored in the company. They did exactly as they said they would. Once the customs issue is resolved I will certainly go shopping with them again

Although I had to pay € 25 for customs in Spain, the next day I was transferred to customs.

I placed an order on 8/20/19 for a pair of boots. I recieved them 9/5/19 with water damage! This is ridiculous! I paid $109.00usd for ruined boots. I don't even understand how this could have happened! This was so mindblowingly disappointing!

Great product!! Arrived very quickly!!! Had a small issue but they were very quick to respond and sort out my problem!! Very pleased with my results at the end

I live in Ireland bought a school bag and had to wait 4 weeks and pay customs 22 euro. Could not recommend this company. I was unaware it was coming from Israel.

i have just received my order of 2 school bags. Although i was charged customs etc. Blueberrybrands refunded me this money within 5 days. Moira was very good. Thanks
