school bag
I ordered a school bag from this company which took a few weeks to be delivered and I had to pay €20 in customs charges when I received it. I posted that on this site and the company refunded the extra charges very quickly and also emailed to apologise. The bag is authentic and arrived in perfect condition. This company definately need to work on their customer service but my problem did get sorted.

This is not what it seems!
As the website and address suggest this is a UK company I assumed my bag would be arriving from UK. When it did arrive, 11 days after it was ordered, it came from Israel and so I was liable for customs charges of €20. When I looked at the site and went into the shipping and returns I see that the price I was quoted does not include customs charges. I feel this is very dishonest: its a UK website and address, my price was quoted in euros, I was told shipping was free and at no point in the ordering and tracking process are you told that custom charges apply. It's only when I trawled around the website that I found that information. I will not order from this company again.

Great service
I ordered a pair of Havianas and they were not the right size so they gave me an exchange, it was all very fast and hassle free. The service was very good and they responded to my emails very fast.
The box they were delivered in was a little squashed but the flip flops were fine. I would shop here again.

I ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses…
I ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses on July 4th.
It was delivered to me on August 2nd in Italy where I live.
I also paid the customs fees of 14.37 euros.
But Blueberrybrands made the reimbursement of expenses in a day after sending a copy of the Postaeitaliane receipt.
Surely it was some shipping error.
They ware very helpful to resolve my problems.
(I evaluated 4 stars for the reason of the waiting time ...)
