My 'lost' parcel was not due to Bluecare express but a mistake made by the ebay seller ... the seller put the wrong name on my package.

Item not received, email ignored, no item-no refund

Thy did not deliver my item bought on ebay, they also did not respond to my email but ignored it. I had found/ read many ebay customer reports (vis google research!) on them, who also did not receive their item! I did not receive refund/nor item. All generously ignored by ebay and this company, who swallows MANY claimed delivered items, putting customers (me) into a lier position. They seem to need no proof of delivery, well this is how items disappear 'nicely' who knows into what side business.

Brilliant service

I have fantastic experience using Bluecare tracking from both a buyer and seller standpoint. Parcels always delivered in an accurate and timely manner, as well as having thousands of positive reviews from customers who successfully receive their parcels.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Dreadful possibly scam company. Bought something on ebay and tracking said that the item went to their depot then refused in that area and going to be returned to the seller. I don't live in their supposed depot area. Don't buy anything that is likely to be allegedly sent by this alleged company.

Item never arrived

Item never arrived - allegedly 'handed to resident' but obviously it wasn't us. Item completely useless to anyone else.
Ebay refused to honour their 'guarantee' as they say that the item was delivered.

Awful scamming company - AVOID

One star is one star too many for this appalling company. Item bought on Ebay - 2 dog balls on the click and collect option. No QR code sent. Looked at tracker apparently item left Glasgow just after 3 a.m on July 3rd & was 'handed to resident' at 12.10 pm the same day. I am in Bristol and I highly doubt that delivery schedule. Seller refused to believe me. Spoke to a super helpful Ebay adviser Ben who told me as item was sent by Bluecare express there would be no problem with a refund. I got the impression this courier is persona non grata with Ebay.

Swift and efficient service

I had an Ebay parcel which I was not able to locate for a week. They were very prompt and detail oriented when I contacted them and helped me locate it. They are really good.

Item never arrived even though company asserted it had been.

Brought item from EBay which I was advised would be tracked and delivered by this company. It never arrived. I was in all day. No doorbell rang either. On advising seller who then went to EBay I was told by EBay as it had been tracked it had been delivered. Therefore no refund. An item of non delivery has never occurred before this. 100% excellent feedback over 18 years! Got a charge back from my credit card company. Truly dreadful company. I hope someone is enjoying what I ordered

Disgusting company

Disgusting company, marked my item as delivered to a “safe place” but I’ve never received it. The item was purchased via EBay which now refuse to give a refund as the item was marked as delivered. I’ve sent two emails to Bluecare express customer services and asked them to provide me with a proof of delivery, but my requests fell on deaf ears and were completely ignored. I’m going to have to ask the credit card company to step in and reverse this charge. Please do not use this Company – they are first class scammers👎👎👎

Bluecare Express are useless

Bluecare Express claim to have delivered a package that I ordered on eBay. They most certainly did not deliver and eBay have refused to refund the cost of my purchase. Check before ordering anything off eBay which courier will be used and don’t buy anything from sellers that use this dreadful company!

Third party experience via eBay

About ten days ago, I ordered several things from eBay.
All but one item has arrived, the one coming via Bluecare Express. I was provided with a tracking number, but the courier website does not seem to know anything about my package! They say:
Unfortunately we are unable to provide any information for this parcel, that's all we really know
The whole experience thus far has been very unsatisfactory, and I would not use this courier myself, nor would I recommend them.
