They say a package was delivered. I was home all day. No pacjage. Driver probably stole it. Never use this company

EBay scam - tracking said item was delivered and “handed to resident” - it certainly wasn’t. So no item received, no help from seller and no help from eBay who refused to assist due to the fictional tracking saying it was delivered.
I lost my money like many others. Trading Standards - please look into this?!

I believe I can't believe the 5 star reviews of this "company" ..... I never heard of them and I wish I never did, saying item delivered at 6:10Pm on a SUNDAY, we are all at home usually at that time on a Sunday and we were DEFINITELY home on that Sunday, we would have heard anyone by the door.
DO NOT USE, STAY CLEAR AWAY, that's all I can say about s--tcarelessness express

Avoid it's a scam!!!! no proof of delivery item is gone

Did not deliver, if they did it was either to the wrong house or person. E-Bay seller using this outfit. Seller will not respond, E-Bay looking at things at face value as seeing tracker stating received. So no refund and no support. Some say this is a clever scam. Not for the innocent buyers its not. I hope trading standards catch up with them and quickly!

Tracking was provided on eBay purchase, but parcel never received/ delivered! Tracking information showed delivery occurred the day BEFORE the item was posted. (“Posted 8 th March, delivered 7th March”
I received no response to an online query, or to an email query, despite website promising a 48hr response time. As poor a service as is possible

Next day delivery. Can't get any better than that. Tracking information was very precise. Packaging was in excellent condition. Goods were undamaged

Ebay purchased video claimed as delivered by this company to my ''mailbox' . No item , no telephone number provided , no trace. I have to buy another one (it was intended gift) .
Why should people loose their money to this dishonest and unreliable services? Who is responsible for this racket?

Twice these have failed to deliver to the correct address, the first time I managed to locate it but this time nothing, no response from them either, even the company I purchased through has only been told that it's been delivered but to where is anyone's guess, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
So now I am not only out of pocket but don't have the goods either, this is what you get from using cheap foreign labour as they are only here for a few months and don't want to take a UK driving test
It's been nearly a week and the only response from them is "to look around for your delivered parcel" even though I was in all week and nothing was delivered to my address and I have searched everywhere and spoken to everyone and they still won't respond.
There customer service is non existent!!!!!

This company doesn't take liability for their mistake. They dropped my parcel outside my door which clearly shows on their delivery photo but they still refuse to take responsibility for this. I am going to post some proof and will share my vlog soon about their process with my followers.

I was worried when my order with Onbuy was being sent via Bluecare. However, I was kept updated by Onbuy throughout the short timeframe between my order and delivery which arrived delivered by Amazon with absolutely no problems whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing service .I had trouble with a seller on ebay who had mislabelled my parcel and sent it out ..bluecare express with their excellent quick communication where able to show me where and when my parcel had been delivered . Messages were quickly responded to each and every time . I'd never heard of them before but honestly I'd recommend then to everyone . Absolutely amazing

Do not use this delivery company’.. it says it left your parcel.. no parcel

Claims delivery but still waiting. Ebay tell me I have to contact this company as it says delivery completed.

What can I say, falsify any tracking, no proof of delivery, constant run around with messages, then an international number to call if you wanted to ring at their opening times.
Complete shambles of a company, and if looked up at companies House not even registered as a courier !
Just steer clear of them and anyone who says they use them as they are thieving and false.

Scam delivery company

Brought an item off eBay, apparently it was delivered and handed to the resident by Bluecare.

Now firstly - I WFH so there’s no way I missed anyone coming to my house
Secondly - I have a ring doorbell that catches people coming to my property and subsequently knocking the door.
Thirdly - MY HOUSE IS COVERED IN CCTV, I SEE EVERYTHING AND IT COVERS MOST OF THE STREET.

No package was delivered or even attempted I have contacted the eBay seller who won’t even entertain me saying “it’s been delivered” and I’ve contacted bluecare whom I’ve sent all information too including a copy of one of the CCTV camerass from that time and again they just said “check with neighbours because it’s been shown as delivered”

??????? Really ??????? This is theft and albeit for a £9 worth of coffee this is an absolute joke. Absolute no care in the world from them to investigate this further with their driver or anything.

Scam company… delivered to a porch that doesn’t exist. ebay seller has obviously cut costs & has realised their error so has washed their hands of the case. Nothing we can do! Do not use this company if you want to keep your customers.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, when I called the driver he was shouting, I told him that parcel is mine, he went and took of the door step, and he showed to me, my reply was this is my parcel, why don't you check the addresses on the box, not impressed at all
