Bluecarelessness … or scammers?

This is the second example of Bluecare Express's "incompetence". The first was when they left a package outside the door of a derelict building. It was discovered 2 weeks later! They are now claiming another delivery was handed to the occupant at my address, which it was not, and so has "gone missing", we know not where!!!

Rubbish

Rubbish. Parcel just left on doorstep while we were out despite note on door telling them where to leave it. Should be called "Couldn't care express".

Very please with the service I…

Very please with the service I received. My game I ordered was delivered on time and safely. The tracking was easy to follow and kept me updated as and when it should. I read a part of the email wrong and thought I needed a pin which I didn't and when I emailed to ask they replied politely and promptly. This is the first parcel I have had delivered by them so was a bit nervous as I hadn't heard if them before and some of the reviews were making me worried however. I had absolutely no issues with them and they are definitely a genuine company.

Absolute scam of a company stealing…

Absolute scam of a company stealing parcels.
Bought an item from a company on Ebay and they used this scam company to deliver.
They said the item had been delivered and when I contacted them to say it hadn't they sent a photo as proof of my front door showing the package.
The front door was of an internal flat No18 and I live in a Victorian cottage No 18.
I have since tried to contact them and they are avoiding me.
Looking at the reviews here I would avoid them at all costs.

Terrible said package was delivered and it wasn’t them tried to talk to someone got some bull rap on line then wanted to charge me $5 to talk to somebody how stupid do you think I am time to complain to both ebay and PayPal for even using this service

Great service

I found my interaction with Bluecare Express to be extremely prompt and helpful. An item wasn't delivered to my address and they quickly helped to confirm the item I ordered wasn't delivered to my address due to issues with the vendor. Thanks to Sue and Peter.

No package delivered, complete lies about delivery information. I, like others, appear to have been scammed.
The day of supposed delivery I was home all day.

Unsecured Delivery

Regrettably, my experience with BlueCare Express has been unsatisfactory. Despite anticipating a timely delivery, the item was misdelivered and labeled as "delivered" on eBay. Communication has been unresponsive. Notably, the item was supposedly left in a bin area, which raises concerns about security and adherence to delivery conditions. I look forward to a prompt resolution and hope for improved service standards in the future.

No response to customer service inquiries
eBay seller was not transparent about what “free shipping” was included in price, (I assumed normal USPS, UPS, or FedEx for a domestic USA delivery) but instead this fake company headquartered inUK claiming a delivery with a bogus tracking number. SCAM

Bluecare....they really do care...Well done Guys

I had cause to contact Bluecare to try to sort out a mystery and missing parcel. They couldn't have been more helpful and speedy too. Their emails responses were almost instant and we quickly got to the bottom of the mystery...and bless their hearts even sent me a confirmation letter to help sort out eBay..there are a few companies who could do with taking a leaf out of Bluecares book.....Again well done guys If I could score you higher I would..

Scam!

Order from e buy waited 10 days then contact the seller. Seller sent me a tracking number my parcel has been delivered. Went to the website showed it has been delivered. Obviously it wasn't! Never hear about this company. Now I don't have parcel and obviously no refund! Why the hell people use this scam companies!

Looks like there is a scam going on…

Looks like there is a scam going on this courier company says item is delivered, handed to resident. I was not even in on day and time said by tracking info. no parcels handed to my neighbours. No help from sellers and ebay are closing the claim because they have tracking information and asking to contact these guys for proof of none delivery - they only have a email address and no other means or contact information .

eBay suggest their days are numbered

eBay seller - The London Institute of Social Studies - used notorious Bluecare Express delivery whose tracking claims 'left package behind wheelie bin' despite recipients being within 3m of front door at the logged delivery time. No doorbell was rung and the package was never found, causing the deeper anxiety of possible doorstep theft.

Compounded by the eBay seller not responding to multiple emails and calls.

eBay refunded immediately with polite sensitivity, noting Bluecare Express are repeat offenders, which Trust Pilot amply backs up.

Abhorrent company

Abhorrent company. They claim in a notification email to have delivered the item to "the resident", when in reality they do no such thing. No one was home in the property at the time they claimed to have delivered it. Ebay won't refund your money as a buyer because Bluecare lie about delivering your item. So, as a buyer, you're left with no item and no way to obtain a refund. I have never experienced such poor courier service in my life. I'll avoid any seller in future who uses this sham of a company.

I ordered and paid for the item about…

I ordered and paid for the item about 9:30pm on 20th November - received an email about 8pm on 22nd claiming item had been delivered after 5pm. the listing stated that seller was out of office until 23 November. Thought this was strange - had been in all day and evening. Checked outside etc. no sign. Contacted eBay and Bluecare and neither have been helpful. Delivery shows as delivered - no actual evidence other than delivered. Checked the feedback score on eBay - many similar problems.

Invaluable help from Bluecare.

Bluecare were nominated by a rogue EBay supplier, as carrier of an item we bought. The item failed to be delivered so approaches were made to Bluecare who investigated the scam fully for us. Their help and written evidence of their findings meant that the full refund was made by PayPal without question. Our experience of Bluecare is good but of the trader, very poor indeed. Thank you Sue and Peter at Bluecare for your invaluable help.
