I have not received my item and delivery says left in letterbox but the item was a 500Ml bottle of liquid with a spray nozzle attached so it would not go through a letterbox even without any protective packaging .I have now sent 4 messages from their website and emails and i am still almost a week later getting requests for the tracking number that i have given them many times.

said the item was delivered and posted through letter box utter rubbish letterbox is small box by front door, item 1.5 mtrs long. how is this company allowed to trade this company doesn't care and turns my language blue

Close this company. Says delivered and wasn't.
They should not be allowed to trade as not fit for purpose.

Scam!! Bought item from ebay get an email that was delivered and handed to resident I was at home that time but no one bring the item.

Would get 0 if I could. Never replied to my message of my missing item. Fake tracking fake delivery updates. Also I couldn't get a refund from eBay because they had the fake tracking number.

I ordered my package on the 6th and then a day later it said it was out for delivery, I went to go check and it said it has been delivered even though my package was NO WHERE TO BE SEEN !! This is the worst experience I have ever had with my package ever. WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF BLUECARE EXPRESS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES

After an altercation with courier about him parking on private land where gravel just relaid,& churning up grass& gravel, foreign courier & woman accompanying him, have said package put in letter box,more
Than one item in package, so doubtful it would fit through letterbox, but if it did it would have been on floor in living room, nothing came up on t.v.from cctv camera, but he's said he's delivered. He has not...

Said they left in communial porch but it would be impossible to get in without ringing one of my 3 neighbours. Absolutely a scam. E Bay should take them off the pay roll and look in to this sham company.

Avoid at all costs,
they said my parcel was delivered on bank holiday monday and posted through my letterbox, the item would not even fit in the letterbox I now believe it has been stolen as the door is just a few feet from the footpath, thats if it was ever delivered at all

This is a scam, I'm sure. There saying my parcel was delivered 3days before it was posted. How does that work.
Pretty sure it's a bullsh#t company that is something to do with these massive Chinese warehouses.

•you have to take it up with a courier that dosent exist.
•They've just took your money,
•then they'll close the advert.
Ebay won't do anything either.
Please just avoid.

Tracking says it was delivered but no proof of delivery provided. Not surprised as the rating of Bluecare Express is very bad.

Package was delivered at unreasonable hours and left in the rain. On top of the fence. Soaked and could have been stolen! Luckily the contents are plastic and can handle that, but still.

I bought on onbuy with free delivery.
I did not know which company they use for delivery. I had never heard of Blurecare before.
The delivery time was Saturday-Monday. Sunday evening after 10 pm I got an email that it was delivered. I went out to look for it. I couldn't find it anywhere. The whole outside area is covered by CCTV. There are 5 cameras outside. We see everything. 24-hour surveillance. I checked the footage. Nobody brought any package.
I went to the Blurecare website. I entered the tracking number. There it said Saturday afternoon it was delivered and left near the door.
Back to the CCTV footage again. I checked the whole of Saturday. Only Royal Mail and Evri were here. No one else.
I wrote a complaint on the site. Of course no one replied.
I have read many reviews. After this I am sure these thieves just steal the packages.

Scammers and thieves bought 2 separate items on Onbuy ,neither arrived although courier say they delivered,photo of delivery is not my address .Don't use any company that uses them to deliver

Courier left parcel on doorstep and was stolen messaged them nothing from them and to top it all seller said as far as he's concerned it's been delivered opened a case with ebay and they told me because he had a tracking number there's nothing they can do so Courier's can do what they like with your parcels take them home and not even have to ho out and deliver them, their name makes me laugh BlueCARE Express. How the hell is this company allowed to get away with it and why are Ebay allowing sellers to use this company Police should be looking into this company.

Bluecare Express lost my goods. I contacted them - they told me to find them myself. After several emails - nothing. The delivery photo was of the interior of a recycling bin (somewhere in the country/world) with a package (the address of which was illegible) on top of the rubbish. I won't use a company in future that uses Bluecare Express. Shabby company.

Terrible and dishonest. They say a parcel has been delivered and handed to resident when they havent event been to my address. No ring of the doorbell, nothing on CCTV.

This is a dishonest company. They swore blind they put the envelope from eBay through my letterbox unfortunately for them I have CCTV that records 24 hours a day seven days a week to prove that they are liars avoid using this company.

The seller refuses to refund as tracking showed delivered.
