Bait and switch

I ordered a Sentry fireproof safe from BlueDogSupplies for use in my company, and they provided a tracking number with a shipping company. The shipping company showed no record of that tracking number. After 2 weeks of trying to get BlueDogSupplies to reply, they finally wrote back and shared the shipping company had lost the item in transit. How do you lose a 300 pound metal safe in transit? I would have respected them more if I could have seen tracking all along, but it never showed up on a tracking website, and BlueDogSupplies would vague with every answer given. Now I get to go and fight with my credit card company to get the charges reversed, since BlueDogSupplies has not done so yet.
