very easy from start to finish - order - pay - delivered!

Would get five stars ,but have to wait for zhik to send over to the uk...I think the shop should stock at least 1 item off each size to save 3weeks waiting ...also should inform when dispatched..other than that it's all good nice people to deal with and good value for money..will use again in future aslong as I'm not in a hurry...cheers .,.,.,.,...

Service is good, but if an item is out of stock the website should indicate this before ordering. This would negate emails and phone calls asking the whereabouts of one's order.

Worked really, well easy site to work with. Got acknowledgement of order nearly straight away. Confirmation not far behind. Ordered on a Sunday night delivery on a Wednesday restored my faith in buying on the net, would use this Company again and recommend them to friends, family and strangers! lol

Recently odered 2 item one in stock one out of stock, quickly recieved an email informing me that they will be odering the out of stock item in and will complete my oder soon. Only 3 days later i had both my items in perfect condition and well packed, will be using these guys again in the future.

Item I ordered wasn't in stock but offered a slightly more expensive replacement at the same price. Delivery was quick, happy with the service received.

A good web site with a wide range of stock, though not fully upto date with stocking. Pleased that when an item ordered was not immediately available a personal email with explanation was sent. This communication was maintained as availability became better understood. In the end we came away satisfied customers who felt that we had been personally dealt wide. Will certainly use BlueFin again.

Found product cheaper elsewhere but ordered with bluefin as promised same day dispatch - ordered Monday night so expected product weds but arrived thursday - no emails were relieved asto order status either so was anxious as required them urgently

did research on line and made choice and ordered late on tuesday evening. Free postage which did actually exist to Northern Ireland - Rooster site did not!!! Happy to say order arrived on friday morning - was delighted with service, quality, speed etc., All set ready to sail on Sat - Fantastic would definately use site again
