Ordered the zhik skiff suit on the Monday evening, paid no postage and it was delivered for Wednesday. Sadly, it didnt fit, so the next size was sent out and arrived the next day.

Easy to deal with, good service

Determining shipping charges is a cumbersome process for international customers.

We ordered a gift for my son from Bluefinwatersports at 9 am in the morning. It arrived at 9am the next morning which is no mean feat as we live in Guernsey. I am so impressed with the prices and quality of service this will be a regular website that we will be using, and I have recommended it to all of my friends too.............check them out!!!

Delivery of order was so quick I had received the goods before the e-mail informing me they had been dispatched!

Bluefin provide a good service and a wide selection of top brands at competitive prices. Once the order was complete they delivered the items in the designated time. Unfortunately the website wasn't up to date with their stock items so they couldn't complete the full order so I had to shop elsewhere, but this wouldn't stop me using them again.

I contacted the shop by phone and found them to be very helpful and kept me informed regarding my order.

I ordered an item that had to be ordered in and so it was a little delayed but this was explained to me. Unfortunately it did not fit me but again - the company refunded the money quickly and without question. I will happily reorder and I am pleased to recommend their services.

Bluefin were spot on in recommending the correct size for the Orca wetsuit I bought. It arrived promptly the next day. They were very helpful both times I telelphoned. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They also offered the best price for the suit.

I bought a swimming wetsuit from Blue Fin and was delighted when it arrived beautifully packaged within a couple of days. Unfortunately it didn't fit and I had to return it. They acknowledged receipt by a friendly email suggesting other options I might like to try. I decided not to try one of the other suggestions and was refunded speedily including the P & P charge. Fantastic service. Will definitely add them to my Favourites list.
