Good website. Swift delivery. Limited stock meant I had to gamble on a size smaller than I would have liked (which turned out ok). Expensive postage for a pair of gloves but I'm not complaining as it was clear what I was paying and delivery was quick.

I wanted 2 Orca trisuits. One they had listed the other not. I phoned, they were very helpful and sourced the other suit. Both arrived 3 working days later.

when i rang up i recieved knowlegable and usefull advice on th e products i was interested in this enabled me to make a decision based on facts about the product given in a helpfull and friendly maner

Although the item i ordered was not in stock - a received a prompt response detailing the expected arrival date and was also given the option of cancelling the order.

I had to exchange an item due to wrong size. Bluewatersports dealt with it very promptly and we had the right size within a few days

Loved the Gill inshore jacket I purchased size 100 per cent accurate unlike Musto one purchased and returned to anther site. Service excellent would buy again highly recommend.

I recently bought an Orca S3 wetsuit, for sea-swimming. My order was up graded when my original order size was out of stock [for a Blueseventy suit ]. Communication from Bluefin Water Sports was excellent throughout. I was emailed at every stage of the order processing, through to delivery date.
When I received my wetsuit, I was delighted with the quality and fit. I have used it already and it feels great when worn. It's easy to put on and take off and they even supplied some white cotton gloves to wear during this process, to reduce the risk of damaging the suit with your nails.
I would recommend Bluefin Water Sports to any of my friends.

I ordered a pair of deck shoes recently from BlueFin Watersports Ltd and they arrived the next day. Unfortunately they were a bit too big so we sent them back and asked for a smaller size. We received an email acknowledging receipt and advising that the new pair would be despatched that day. They duly arrived the next day.
My question on sizing was answered practically by return.
I would definitely use BlueFin Watersports again!

My purchase was not straightforward as it involved assessing the correct sizes of footwear and tops. But Bluefin contacted me before despatch to make sure that I had ordered the correct size.
