Do NOT buy cars from this place!
They sell broken cars, tell you what you want to hear but no action is taken to help. They are rude and treat customers like sh!t.
They scammers!!
Business should be shut down!
Any finance company that works with them should also be shut down.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this dealer.
Before collecting the car, I was verbally assured that a 3-month warranty was included in the agreed price. When I arrived to collect the vehicle, the seller attempted to withdraw this. Only after I insisted was the warranty written on a scrap piece of paper as proof of what had been agreed.
I was also charged an additional 5% fee for paying by credit card. In hindsight this was the only reason I was able to recover any of my money through the credit card company, although I never received the cash deposit I paid back.
Less than six weeks after purchase, the head gasket failed, rendering the car unusable.
The vehicle had also been advertised as having Full Service History. After reviewing the documentation more carefully once home, it became clear the car had not been properly serviced since 2015. I had the car serviced at the earliest available opportunity after discovering this.
To add insult to injury, the same car is now back for sale on their website at the same price I originally paid.
Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and I would encourage anyone considering buying from this dealer to thoroughly check all documentation and get any promises clearly documented in writing before agreeing to purchase.
Do not have anything to do with this garage!!
You will get a car that will break down the moment you get it and they will not take any responsibility!! Avoid avoid avoid!!
Got a car 13k worth from them broke down 2 h into driving it home! I lost full tank of petrol, insurance, fee for cancellation insurance, the road tax, a 600miles trip there and back home to get home with no car and broke!! They don’t want to hear about paying a penny back!! They kept same selling price on the car after the head gasket was gone!!!
Avoid avoid avoid !!!
Finance company they work with is “Connect me car finance”. They guaranteed the garage when I asked about the bad reviews! Avoid!!!
Paid a deposit on a Audi that they advertised as having a full service history, they showed me the service history book and the last one it had was by Audi in 2022 , they could not provide the “full” service history so I checked with Audi direct and they emailed me a copy and the last one was in 2022, as this was false advertising I asked for my deposit back, the man was very rude and point blank refused. I then followed up with an email which was ignored.
I wish I had checked the reviews first before going to even view the car as they are all negative
Staff helpful but the van was not what it was advertised as, had no service history they also couldn’t tell me much about the van in question plus damage to the van that was not disclosed in the advert, when mechanic looked at the van for me he told me I would have to spend £2000 to make everything right which is false advertising
If I could post no stars I would!!!
I bought a Range Rover from this garage and what a mistake that was. The car went into limp mode on the way home. Smoke from the exhaust and within 2 weeks all the electrics went!? I asked, as I am legally allowed to, for a full refund.
I had the car diagnosed by a Land Rover specialist and they were horrified by the condition of the car and printed me evidence that the cars software had been illegally hacked into to remove warning lights from the dash, scammers.
Upon return of the car by recovery vehicle, they refused to contribute (350 from my own pocket) multiple men at the garage tried to refuse by lying about little scuffs (car was 6 years old, I had it 2 weeks) saying I had damaged it!!! False!! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!
I have an infant son I drive around in good faith a new car for us was safe, and I am left nearly £1000 out of pocket after they refused my full refund, kept the “service fee”, recovery and GENUINE DIAGNOSTICS. Horrified.
I bought a car for £10480 25th of January 2025 with 6 months warranty. Now within 3 months battery is flat. I asked them to resolve but they refused. We are really disappointed with this service. Car was really clean and nice
Would never normally write reviews but I feel it’s my duty to save anyone thinking of buying a car from these jokers .
Long story so I won’t bore you …please please please don’t waste a penny of your hard earned money with this shabby outfit . Lesson learned .
Never get your car from a dishonest dealership. They lied to me when the car had issues.. if you want problems go buy a car from blueskymotors.
Sadly on passing his driving test at the age 17 he came across these rouges who sold him a car for £1760 which was sold as mechanical sound within a week it became apartment he'd been sold a dog needing £1400 to be spent on it to repair head gasket and water pump.
Bunch of cowboys. You want to lose your money and buy yourself a problem head straight to blue sky motors... Don't trust any word they say, you will definitely be scammed...
I have just read all the reviews before and I am surprised as I recently bought a car from them. The stop/start feature didn’t work and they literally bent over backwards to help me resolve the problem which they did by replacing the battery. They were always polite, helpful and efficient. From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
Awful company run by very rude people. I bought a car off this company and have had nothing but problems with it, when I contacted Blue sky they argued and hung up. I will be reporting this company.
I recently bought a vehicle from them for a lot of money as soon as I picked it up, was numerous problems with the vehicle. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them try to make the situation right and fix the problems. Firstly they said it will be fixed in a couple days and then the couple days turned into couple weeks and when I run out of patience and went to the garage to pick up the keys and car so it can be seen by an actual professional.. they then go on to tell me the car has been stolen… very strange as they said it was stolen days ago but did not make it known to me
please don't buy cars from this company if you don't want to have problems. some liars who make the most of your money. be very careful before spending money on a car from this company
I do not recommend blue sky motoring, some unscrupulous people who work with people who deal with thefts, I paid £15,000 for a car that was damaged and then stolen by them, they don't care when you tell them where your car is, so be careful for that the police don't get involved... be careful, I don't recommend these people who make fun of people.
I paid a holding deposit to buy a VW Sharan from Blue Sky Motors. I was never mentioned that the holding deposit is non-refundable. I decided to avoid spending nearly £15000 with this company because of the reviews left by former customers. My mistake was not to read the reviews first. They decided to keep my deposit. Total scam. I would recommend avoiding this company at any cost.
They are very good before you pay the deposit. Once they get the control by receiving a deposit or selling a car, they reveal their true face. Avoid avoid avoid. I bought my car from Arnold Clark for £16299 only to avoid being cheated by this company. I became convinced after reading the previous reviews that if I buy a car from them, I would make a big gamble. Who knows if the cars’ clocks have been manipulated or not. Just avoid.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will rip you off and refuse to refund. Do not waste your money. They sell cars that are not fit to use. They will ignore you when you contact them. Go onto their Autotrader adverts and click on the lowest ratings, you will see They have a habit of ripping people off. Go o to their Facebook page and you will see that they have removed the review feature so no one can leave a bad review. I got ripped off there along with a number of people, please do not be his next victim!!
