I entered into a transaction with this…

I entered into a transaction with this dealer and have since encountered an issue that requires follow-up.

I have made repeated attempts to make contact over the past 6weeks via phone and WhatsApp but have not received any response.

I would appreciate immediate contact to resolve this matter. If I do not hear back, I will have to consider pursuing the appropriate consumer channels to address the issue.

I would prefer to resolve this directly and will update this review once the matter is addressed.
