Everything was according with what have been announced.
Transport costs are enormous and unjustified but they were properly announced.

Great customer service. Very pro active in terms of assisting you. I placed and paid for my order but they contacted me to suggest a more cost effective delivery (order was to Dublin) and refunded me the difference. Excellent.

Very nice coatstand, took about 3 hours to build, but it all went together. Packaging for delivery, seemed a bit excessive. Would use again.

Waited 6 months for delivery of 2 of 4 stools bought at the same time. Eventually arrived but were a different colour from the original stools. Was then offered a £30 discount to accept 4 stools that don’t match. Terrible customer service

No problem with the service and speed of delivery (though the order of 4no. desk lamps came in two deliveries over two days). The desk lamp I ordered is a bit flimsy though.

Ordered 6 dining chairs, easily ordered. Excellent delivery service updated via emails.

It’s a good website, and bought a replica rakes chair. After 7 years the back fell off of it. I inquired about service or parts. After a few weeks they got parts in, and I paid for them. Very little instruction about how to make the repairs.

And replacement parts broke immediately after completing repairs.

Long story short- you are not making a long term furniture purchase, and if it breaks- just bin it, as you won’t have much other option

Very pleased with purchase and customer service especially as we added to our order. The only problem was with the delivery by separate courier. They were supposed to phone first to organise delivery date, but turned up at the office when there weren't enough people to assist with pallet. Delivery was re-arranged and now a happy customer!
