I visited Greenwich in July to have my hair cut from a long, layered style to a blunt long Bob.

When I left I thought it wasn’t sitting right on one side but put it down to the fact it was a bouncy blow dry and thought it’d look better upon styling myself. When I did, I found that it was extremely thick on one side compared to the other and impossible to wear down. I went to my old hairdresser back home, and he said not only was it thicker on one side, but also completely wonky at the back - and worst of all; the stylist had taken a chunk of my hair off and then covered it by keeping the top long over it!!!
This was at the Greenwich salon and I emailed the blue tit customer service email weeks ago and have heard nothing. Avoid at all costs!! Cost me fortune and I’ll still need months of growth before it can be properly fixed as the short bits are so short they stick out all over the place when straightened.

George at Brixton has cut my hair twice now and he's done a beautiful job. He really understands my hair and gets what I need.

Went for a colour change after many years. Lee managed to get exactly what i wanted on my difficult hair type( dark, asian, curly). He was brilliant, was a realist with expectations yet... got it so right. Id definitely recommend him for classy not brassy colour!
Also all about the salon's plant porn!

Joe at the East Village Blue Tit branch did an amazing job on my hair. He was so friendly as well - would highly recommend!

Emma explained the whole process and understood exactly what I wanted.

Millie (Peckham) has cut my hair a few times and I specifically book appointments with her now. She really listens to what you want and makes you feel comfortable. Her hair cut also ‘ages’ really well as it grows out. Hard recommend.

I don't have enough words to say how George changed my mood with his style and his professional ability as a hairdresser!!
My previous hairdresser destroyed my hair by chopping them so bad.. I went to George prepared my self for a sort haircut...when he said to me Don't worry I got you!
And the result just amazing!!!

I never knew it was possible to have my hair cut so much better than ever before .. I’m so so happy ( so is my girlfriend ) Alex is such a cool guy and clearly a master of the profession . I was thinking before it was a big steep price wise . But 110% worth it .. and I tipped him too .. great convo great venue and best cut I’ve ever had by a country Mile .

Joe at Blue East Village salon did a fantastic job on my hair!

Joe is a really lovely well mannered guy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering going to the salon.

I get my haircut by Jemma at Blue Tit Peckham, and I always have a fantastic experience. Not only is Jemma an amazing hairdresser, she always listens to what I want from my haircut annd also helps with coming up with ideas. She’s enthusiastic and friendly. I love having my hair cut to Blue Tit as she always gives me an amazing haircut.

I came into Blue Tit on Saturday just wanting a cut for my hair but was not expecting the results I got! Nancy was my hairdresser and honestly 10/10 she made me feel so comfortable and at ease we had a chat and a few laughs and it made my experience that more enjoyable especially as I have anxiety. Nancy also helped me discover my natural hair type which no one has done before and I left the salon feeling beautiful and brand new. She was patient with me and answered all my questions and showed me how to style my hair from now I will definitely be back to see Nancy she is a great credit to your team for sure!! Everyone else was lovely and very welcoming to overall the best hairdresser experience I have had! Thankyou so much Nancy and all of the team at Blue Tit Brixton!!x

Iv been coming to the Blue Tit in Clapton for 10 months and I always have the best experience!
All the staff are lovely and I always walk out with great hair.
Lauren cuts my hair and I love it every time, she always listens to what I want and it has never looked so good!

Blue Tit Brockley with Bradley - genuinely the best hair colour I’ve ever had. Bradley got exactly what I was after. He was honest about how achievable it was, and executed to perfection! Really great experience.

I have been a regular customer of Blue Tit Crouch Hill for several years.
Chris is my hairdresser: he always listens to what I would like and knows what suits me; I am always very happy with how he cuts my hair; he is such good company as well (happy to talk when you are in the mood and happy not to sometimes! just perfect!).
He also cuts my 16 years old daughter's hair - she is always very happy when she comes out!
The salon is very nice and the staff is always very friendly.
