Returns policy not very clear
Returns policy not very clear, outgoing postage expensive and not refunded when unsuitable item returned which by law I believe should be. Otherwise a pleasant transaction. I contacted Blue Women's Clothing regarding postage and glad to report refunded straightaway. No doubt an oversight on their behalf...

Excellent customer service. I received the wrong pair of boots. When I got in touch, they could not have done more to resolve the problem. Very happy and will definitely be a customer of theirs again.
