The service was excellent with regards to purchasing the sweater unfortunately the wrong address was put on the parcel and I then had to intercept the parcel as it was going to go back to the sender.

Disappointed at lack of communication
Ordered a pair of shoes and paid for them. Was expecting them to arrive either yesterday or today then suddenly received an email to be told I was refunded for the shoes. I imagine this means there has been a mix up somewhere and they were not available after all since it is the sale. Emailed to enquire and told I had not responded to an email sent by Blue. Have checked both incoming mail and junk mail but there are no emails at all. Most disappointed.

Replacement trousers
I had ordered a pair of trousers in the sale, decided to phone shop to ask for another size. The assistant could not have been more helpful. She was brilliant, sorry didn't get her name, but it was the shop that deals with online purchasing. The trousers were Annette Gortz. I needed advice on size and style and she was just happy to advise and see that my purchase was suitable. After receipt of trousers yesterday I am delighted they fit. They were to replace pair I had managed to ruin!! Thankyou so much for your help.

Unusual and interesting ranges you won’t find elsewhere
Blue clothing have unusual interesting ranges that you don’t find elsewhere in the uk. The delivery service (although not free) is prompt and they are flexible with the rather strict 7 day return policy on sale items which otherwise would be a deterrent to online shopping. Fortunately most things I have bought have fitted including amazingly two fantastic pairs of shoes. Thank you.
