I love Blue
I love Blue, it's my first stop when wanting to make a new purchase. I sometimes look elsewhere but honestly rarely succeed in buying something that suits my style so well. I've never left Blue without making a purchase and often go home and treat myself to something else on line or over the phone.

Ordered a blouse
Ordered a blouse, went through payment processes and received a confirmation. After promising my client that I found this blouse, the next day I receive a refund notice that there is a mistake on the website. Very disappointing.

Love the clothing on this website but packaging could use some improvement
Love the clothing on this website! And the customer service is excellent! I only have a mini complaint. It’s about their packaging. The sweater I just received, which was adorable, arrived unwrapped and bunched up in a poorly written shanby envelope. I’m glad it arrived. I’m a big online shopper and buy from all over the world. All my items come beautifully wrapped in decorative tissue, decorative sticker, and a little note of appreciation for my purchase. Besides the sweater been bunched up the receipt was also crumpled. I think if they put a little more effort in the packaging it would make customers from across the pond feel a bit more appreciated.

We recently introduced a 2nd class option for smaller parcels, but were unable to offer cheaper postage for larger items because of their value. We use Royal Mail and only ever charge their prices. We regret that as a small independent business we cannot cover the postage costs ourselves.
