However customer service made every effort to find the items for me in their warehouse and one item was located out of two.

The personal touch
Great service, fast and no problems at all - the clothes were just they were shown on the website, the delivery took place when it should have. I'd much rather shop at Blue again anytime, for the personal attention to detail, than get messed about by large multinational on-line stores who don't bother with any of that.

Obviously we take pride in our services and definitely would not have sent it like that, so can only apologise that it must have got bashed in transit. The postage costs are worked out by Royal Mail, which we think is the best possible service, tracked and covered, etc. Thanks for the feedback though, we do hope it doesn't not put you off from shopping with us again. In the future, please feel free to call us before hand and we will certainly try to fix any issues you feel could be improved on (i.e reduced shipping costs).
