Fabulous independent clothing shop. Such interesting clothing that I think I’ve spent the best part of £1500 in a month. Love the cafe in Bath. Interesting designers, great lofina boots, good accessories. Deliveries v quick! Small point, Bath were great in the shop but useless on the two occasions I called about a product. Cheltenham v helpful.

An excellent service- ordered online and it arrived the next day, ready for me to wear on my rare night out!

I bought a dress from Blue, unfortunately it did not suit me so I sent it back. Blue processed my refund immediately. I was very impressed with their speed and efficiency.

Ordered by phone to check dress sizing, very helpful staff and dresses I ordered fitted perfectly and very good quality. My only negative was the price of the postage.

I have bought lots from Blue in Cheltenham - they have a great collections of women’s clothes. However because I live in London I look online and recently purchased Kopka berets x 3 which are simply wonderful. I like Lurdes Burgurda and all the other designs they stock. Always helpful and kind service.

High quality product, colour exactly as on website, prompt delivery, very pleased indeed with my sandals.

I ordered sandals that arrivedwith filthy dirtymarks on them. I sent phots of them and invited comments but my emails were ignored. I have not received any communica5ion at all about this matter.

I’ve been shopping with Bluewoman for years and I love their eclectic mix of designer and casual. Love when new pics come up!

My two pieces arrived crumpled and in a shoddy plastic bag....I've no particular need for high spec packaging but feel it to be important that pieces are sent out with a degree of respect.
As I didn't require the items urgently I had requested a cheaper postal charge than the £9.00 but was told this wasn't possible .
I therefore spent £18.00 on postage for which I acquired nothing but a feel of lack of customer care.
I'll stick to Jules B and Olivia May in the future!

Love Blue in Bath, always has something unique & unusual.... just my kind of shop. Delivery is very quick & communication is excellent.

Beautiful clothes and great service. A word of warning - The postage can be a bit of an extra expense at the end as it is calculated depending on how much you buy rather than a set cost. But I live too far away to visit the shop😏😊

Very prompt service. Someone phoned from the store to inform me something was out of stock and to enquire if I wanted a different size or refund. She was very friendly and we had a lovely chat. My order arrived really quickly, packaging was good and product perfect. Will definitely use them again and hope to visit their store when in the area.

Blue is always chic and quirky and it’s great to be able to buy on line. If you can go into the shop, the staff are helpful and friendly. I’ve bought on line a couple of times now and it works really well.
