Rubbish service, poor customer contact

Ordered items and nowhere on the website did it say the item was not in stock and would have to be transferred! It stated it was in stock! Almost two weeks later and still not shipped. Customer service is poor, anywhere else would send out the rest of the order as an apology, but they want me to wait at least 10 more days. They are more expensive than most other stores and now seen to have gone downhill on customer service and order fulfilment.

While the item was showing as in stock when your order was placed, we operate multiple warehouses nationwide and stock may need to be transferred to our main dispatch hub before it can be shipped. This process is accounted for within the estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout.

Unfortunately, there was a slight delay with your order as we were incredibly busy throughout the UK Games Expo period. We appreciate that this was frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We would also like to clarify that the last email sent by our team did not advise you to wait a further 10 days. The message stated: "If you haven't received a dispatch notification after the next 5 working days then please get back in contact with us."

As outlined in our FAQs, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, although we always aim to meet them wherever possible.

Fixed my problem with no issue

My package was damaged beyond repair. It wasn't Zatu's fault but they replaced the package immediately and I got it within a few days of making them aware there was a problem. The measure of a company's quality is how good they are at resolving problems and Zatu are top tier.

Price and Packaging Excellent

The packaging on the jigsaw puzzles was excellent.
Both the price of the puzzles and the delivery price were very low compared to any other UK company I have ordered from. Delivery took 6 days, rather than the overnight delivery quoted on the website, but I wasn't in any hurry. I am not deducting a star for this because price and packaging were really good.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, next day delivery so I managed to get a new game last minute for board games night! Good prices too!
Would use again :D

There was also an issue with posting next day with Evri, and they managed to dispatch the parcel with Royal Mail instead without any issues.

Pre Order Issue but great service

Made a pre order with Zatu which was delayed by the distributors Team at zatu kept me up to date and shipped my product as soon as it was in their warehouses. Delivered Quick and packaged well Prices good against market
