Pokemon booster bundle

I ordered a pokemon booster bundle. It arrived opened and damaged. Despite prompt and friendly customer service, all they could offer was a refund on shipping.

Scratch Lucario Binder

Very good, but the delivery in the EU could be better

I bought so many games from them and there was never a single issue. The only caveat, and the reason I am giving only 4 instead of 5 stars, is that for EU shipping there seems to be an issue with the delivery company.

Every package I got in Austria has always arrived half opened. Everything was still inside, but most of the times the boxes of the games were slightly (or fairly) damaged. I don't mind it too much because I can still play with them, but when it happens to expensive games like Gloomhaven and you get them with several damages across the box, it is a bit annoying (after a couple of months I had to put tape across those bits).

However, I do believe it is a problem concerning the delivery partner in the EU. The shop still has a great variety of games and if one is willing to wait a little longer and pay the delivery costs, it's a good place to order from.
