ordered a hair product and still not been delivered 3 weeks later!! worst service ive ever had off internet, will never use this site again!!!

I brought 'Bed Head Small Talk' and it was the cheapest website around saying me around £5 compared to the high street. Delivery was quick and free and packaging was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this website again :)

The customer service department of bodycare2000 have been excellent in contact me when I had a query concerning my order and came back to me promptly after receiving and email from me and also with other correspondence following my contact. Very pleased and would recommend.

Great and speedy service. Nothing was a problem. I needed to amend the chosen delivery address and so I emailed them to do this, emailed me straight back to confirm and changed it straight away. The product arrived in protective packaging and so was in excellent condition following the delivery. Would definitely recommend to order from body care.

The clippers I ordered were temporarily out of stock but i was straight away offered a refund, I chose to wait and they arrived much sooner than expected. The communication was excellent and the price great! I saved £25 compared to other sites

I have bought items from this website many times with no problems. This time one of the items I ordered was sent in the wrong size, I contacted them right away by email. I received a reply very quickly and was sent the right item a few days later, and was told to keep the wrong sized item as it was their mistake. Sometimes things do go wrong, but in this case I was very happy with the quick and easy way it was sorted out.

Great experience with this site. The shampoo I bought was very well packaged and arrived quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend.
