You can check in but you can't check out

I have been trying to cancel this service for four months. Firstly, they apparently didn't receive two written letters. Then they rarely reply to any emails. The only rapid response I received was after leaving a poor review. They assured me that the service would be cancelled but guess what; they are stilling billing me. I contacted their chat service; still awaiting a reply. Avoid.

Best stay clear from this company

Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I've been since September trying to get my account closed.
After account was closed they illegally withdrew another months fee from my bank account. I phoned in November to see why, turns out it was never cancelled on their side, luckily I had confirmation of my September conversation by email. Another transaction withdrawn again this month. Told it was a glitch in their system. A transaction withdrawn from someone's account without their permission is FRAUD.
I hope I no longer need to make anymore phone calls to this company to resolve anymore illegal withdrawals.. update.. now gone over their 30 day refund policy for the 1st transaction they withdrew and promised I would have back in my account within 30 days.

30 billable days after cancellation

Don't forget, if you cancel the contract, then they require 30 billable days' notice for cancellations. Yes!! You will pay for another month while you don't use their terminal.
But I'm shut up, because it is in the terms &conds.
Be aware of it before you sign with them!

Excellent customer service experience

Carlie was extremely helpful when renewing my contract. She did an in depth review and explained everything thoroughly. She was professional and efficient. Very happy with the service.

Attempted to cancel this service

Attempted to cancel this service. Wrote to their registered address twice. Claimed they never received them. Apparently email is the best way to cancel (although you'll need to contact them afterwards as they tend to ignore emails as well).
