I order on a monthly basis and no where else compares! Always exceptional bath products, smell beautiful, make water soft and helps ease skin conditions. Couldn’t speak more highly of the company, always give little extras if things are sold out or if they need to send an alternative. Will continue being a customer, thank you! Only thing I would change would be to always get my favourite bath melt which sells out quickly… I guess that tells you how nice it is.

Great Products and a Great Team.
I’ve been searching for Christmas gifts for family recently and came across Bomb Cosmetics who specialise in bath bombs and soaps etc. The website was offering a myriad of options, so I choose a trio. When the gifts arrived there was an error, which they immediately rectified and told me to keep the error item. Then I ordered some ‘Flawsome Products’ (items that didn’t quite make the top grade) at a hugely reduced price and they are fantastic. Well -done all of you who are working SO hard to achieve great products - Keep up the good work.

I love bomb cosmetics, they're fabulous smelling products that my daughter adores! They have fantastic customer service too, I had an issue this year as my box arrived damaged with missing items. Their customer service team dealt with the issue promptly.

Great value and service

Gorgeous products well-packaged
Offering Bomb Cosmetics products at Christmas has become a bit of a tradition for me. I’ve been a big fan of their soaps and bath bombs for years and my girlfriends and nieces also love their products. I find it so easy to find original gifts and stocking fillers as they have a huge range of products. This year I will also treat my colleagues to their gorgeous coffee frangranced pipped candles.
The packaging are beautiful and bright and look lovely under the Christmas tree. I’ve just received my Christmas order and it was well-packaged and they even included a free gift: a lovely canvas bag. Thank you very much for this kind attention!

I want to assure you we’re a legitimate business and we are not a scam.
We operate two different divisions — one for trade customers, and one for consumer (retail) customers. The person who normally handles all the incoming phone calls in your department has been off unwell, so other teams have been stepping in to help, which has unfortunately slowed down our response times and caused some confusion.
I can confirm, we’ve actually spoken three times this week to explain what’s going on, and I can confirm your order is out for delivery and will be with you today. You should have received updates from DPD regarding this. You placed the order on the 1st, and everything has been processed within the delivery terms published on our website.
If you like, I can send you the tracking number now so you can see exactly where your package is if you have not had the DPD notification

I wish the communication was better. I’m sorry the communication wasn’t better. Six days from order to delivery is still within the delivery terms listed on our shipping page, although we normally move faster. Because we’ve recently had a turnaround in staff, things slipped a little — that’s not an excuse, just context.
DPD automatically sends out status updates and tracking notifications, but clearly something went wrong with how those got communicated in your case. I apologise you didn’t receive them in a timely manner.
I want to reassure you that in future, if you ever need a status update, you’re very welcome to call us directly on 01202 859059. If you notify us of any delivery concern through that number, we will always prioritise your order and get back to you straight away.

Have not received my items that I ordered over a week ago. On their website it states you can contact them to ask them to get your items sent out by a certain date. So I did. This was a Wednesday. I was told the items would be with me the next day or Friday at the latest. It’s now Monday and I have not received anything. No email to confirm shipping. No tracking number or delivery company name.
I have emailed them 3 times now and have been ignored for days. Quick enough to take money yet ignore emails and don’t provide you with your products by the date stated!
Wish I had read about all the negative reviews and experiences of other customers before purchasing.

I only ever buy my bath bombs from here. They're amazing quality and smell wonderful. I ordered a bundle for my birthday and they even gave me a little freebie, which is so sweet. I used a banana one last night (I love anything banana scented) and it literally made my whole house smell like bananas, which I didn't mind. The shipping was so quick, and the team at bomb cosmetics are so wonderful and they will help in anyway they can. I'll be ordering more when my bundle runs out. Thank you everyone😊

I just wanted to clarify that our bath bombs are priced at £3.99 each, and each one weighs a minimum of 180g, which is a similar size to many of LUSH’s bath bombs—but at a more accessible price point. We're not sure how the £6–£8 figure came up as we don't have any Bath Bombs at this price, but we’d be happy to double-check your order details if you’d like to send us the order number.
That said, we completely understand that everyone has different preferences, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that we didn’t hit the mark for you this time.

Wrong order and no customer service
I bought a selection of bath bombs for my daughter's birthday - carefully selected to her likes/dislikes. When the parcel arrived I had been sent a substitute because my choice was out of stock! Nothing like the one I had wanted for her. I have contacted customer services for a refund to find there is no customer service. Ultimately, I have paid for something I never ordered - the mind boggles!

Excellent when ordering direct
I have ordered a few time from Bomb Cosmetics and have been very happy with the service, delivery, and the products.
I did order a gift set off Amazon, but sadly these were awful - they looked like seconds, mis-shapen and with very little decoration, so I wouldn't buy from another site in future despite the seemingly great saving.

I've used bomb cosmetics products for a few years now and love their products! Their bath bombs are fun to use (for adults and kids)! My daughter had been bought some bath…
My daughter had been bought some bath bombs from a local garden center 2 of them have been fine. But the one she had tonight the Pink Christmas bath bomb has burned her skin and took the first layer of skin off of her fingers and has had a bad reaction to whatever chemicals is in them. I do not recommend these for children. I feel awful for the pain she is in 😞
