Not as company i would recommend to book with. They ignored my request to slightly amend a private tour and then fobbed me off saying they have no guides during our arrival which is 11 months away!!!

For a country which relies on tourism and customer service, you should be ashamed of yourself.

We have done a 5 week itinerary with Bon Voyage (Route 66 & cruise to finish) and everything about the experience we had with them was first class…. from the service and itinerary Amanda provided to the support we received from them whilst in US everything was absolutely spot on. We will definitely be using them again and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to friends & family. Thank you for an amazing trip can’t wait for the next one.

I have booked my deep south u.s road trip through Bon Voyage. They have been first class,from arranging the airtravel,the hotels even the car hire. I cannot praise them highly enough. They saved all the unnecessary stress, by arranging everything for me( except the visa) but even then they arranged the link to make it easy. Plus,they phone you back when asked to FIRST CLASS SERVICE

Avoid these people, not playing fair...after 7 months I learn I have lost my deposit if they they couldn't confirm I would get a holiday at the point of full payment.

I discovered Bon Voyage when my fiance and I decided we would like to look into a US Honeymoon. They have been nothing but helpful, thoughtful and just utterly amazing!

Sarah came up with some brilliant options for us based on our likes and interests; including a self-drive tour that we would have never been able to organise ourselves! She did the impossible and helped us figure out what our dream honeymoon was; a short fun-filled stay in Las Vegas, followed by some relaxation and exploring in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico.

Don't hesitate to book with this fantastic company. Helped arranged my surprise honeymoon tour of the Deep South USA for my wife and it was fantastic. They took every care not to let the cat out of the bag too!. Took on board everything I asked of them, nothing was too much trouble, helped me every step of the way in booking and organising the trip. Far cheaper and easier than booking for yourself. The staff are fantastically knowledgeable about the locations and gave excellent recommendations for activities and locations we would not have otherwise known about. No issues with any of the bookings when we were out there and everything was posted in advance of us leaving. I made changes and requests right up to a few weeks before leaving and it was never too much trouble for Sarah. We did London->Atlanta->Chattanooga->Nashville->Memphis->NOLA->London. Visited Graceland and the Bluebird in Nashville, plus a steamboat cruise in NOLA. All were well worth booking.

I've only just managed to sit down and write a review for this for a truly trustworthy company. I decided to embark on a once in a lifetime solo trip to the West Coast of America last month. I've never done anything like it so I discussed some ideas with Sarah who helped get the ball rolling. I then began fine tuning things with Monica, in Sarah's absence, and she was absolutely fantastic. Monica really took the time to assist and reassure me with what I would really needed for my relaxing trip giving so many pointers along the way - I felt comfortable booking the trip with Monica at the end of our conversation with no pressure. Additionally, no matter who I spoke to thereafter at the company, they were all happy to assist with queries whenever Sarah was off.

I'd say I did everything that I wanted to do and more in my October getaway. In summary, it started in San Fransisco, to Monteray, Santa Barbara, LA, Vegas and finishing up with the Grand Canyon - so a busy yet satisfying two weeks. Some highlights were Fleet Week's Air Show in San Francisco and of course the Golden Gate Bridge along with Santa Barbara. I did manage to do whale watching in Monterey too which was fantastic.

I absolutely loved the Pacific highway and the driving (picked up my car in San Francisco and drove all the way down west coast to Vegas), despite the road closure on highway 1, did the leg from Monterey to big sur closure and back again. Breathtaking nevertheless!

I also did a drive in theatre in Pismo Beach which was fun and ended up going San Diego from LA just to complete the west coast journey, which wasn't actually scheduled in when Bon Voyage planned things for me - but just had to be done.

Got to do part of route 66 too and visited the museum and bottle ranch. Once in Vegas i went Freemont street and watched cirque du soleil in vegas. The helicopter ride and sights over the Strip and Into the Canyon was amazing too. Definitely a highlight, so glad Monica reassured me of this.

Weather was perfect and people very friendly and overall I think it was probably the best trip and thing I've ever done. Definitely a trip of a lifetime so think it was completely worthwhile and going by myself was something new and exciting and pushed me outside of comfort zone which I loved.

A smooth trip and definitely worked well as the people at this company are experienced in sorting out all the logistics and advising on the finer points of USA travel.

Just Fabulous!!
Have just returned from a trip to the US Deep South with several friends, arranged by Jade at Bon Voyage. We flew to Nashville via Chicago from Heathrow. Stayed two nights at the Sheraton Downtown - which was really great. Lovely staff, amazing breakfasts and a fantastic location, walking distance to Honky Tonk Highway. Visited Ryman Studios and made a record! Spent several hours listening to live music in various bars and then took a short taxi ride to tour the Grand Ole Opry. Had a line dancing lesson and dinner at the Wild Horse Saloon which I would definitely recommend. Bon Voyage arranged a private transfer for us to Memphis which took 3 hours - lovely clean car with plenty of space for us all and our luggage. We stayed at the Sheraton Downtown - which again was really good and just a short trolley ride away from downtown. Visited the Peabody Hotel to see the Duck March and the next day visited Graceland by taxi. Then we took a train from Memphis to New Orleans which is just a great experience - takes 8 hours but the seats are huge and there's plenty of food and drink options on board. Also have fabulous viewing windows - the time just flew by. Stayed in the Holiday Inn in the French Quarter which was really lovely and had an outdoor pool. We took a horse and carriage ride which stopped for a tour of the famous St Louis Cemetery. We also took the daytime Natchez Jazz Cruise which is well worth doing - although the food on board is ok, but not brilliant. All in all a fabulous trip which was put together for us by Bon Voyage. Everything went completely to plan - all the accommodation, connections, transport was excellent. I will certainly be recommending Bon Voyage to friends and family who are planning a holiday. Big thanks - especially to Jade!!

Excellent definitely would recommend you use Bon voyage if you want a holiday of a lifetime, which we had. Just returned from a holiday in USA doing the famous Route 66. Bon voyage organised the holiday for us and worked with us to ensure it was just was we wanted. Before leaving we received a fantastic book with not only information on travelling in the USA but also a full itinerary with lots of hints and tips absolutely fabulous. We added our own notes and this is a full record to go with the 1000's of photos we took. Thank you Kate for everything you were brilliant.

Nikki at Bon Voyage was a fantastic help everything I wanted she arranged really quickly and always called me back when she said she would. We had a great holiday at the Guest house at Graceland and all the extra trips were sorted for us at a really great price 10 out of 10 thanks

Grand Circle tour

Having just returned from our trip, we cannot express enough our admiration and gratitude to all at Bon Voyage (especially Monica) for the sheer professionalism, together with that "human touch", for making a dream holiday blossom into reality.
The agreed itinerary was perfect in every way. The hotels, the locations, the routes and the excursions, all made the holiday totally amazing.
Everything went without a single hitch, which is all credit to all at Bon Voyage.
From zany Vegas to the awesomeness of Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Arches, Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Lake Powell , Glen Canyon and Grand Canyon ... all so totally unique and diverse.
The highways and byeways made it such a pleasure to drive, with wide open roads, something only imaginable in movies become reality.
This really has been a "trip of a lifetime". I have no hesitation in recommending Bon Voyage to anyone wishing to fulfill their dreams.
My dreams live on, so ... who knows ?

Just finished our third holiday with Bon Voyage - this time to British Columbia and Alberta. I am very impressed with the way that they work with me to turn my initial ideas into a practical plan - adding their own advice and experiences to improve the itinerary. They listen carefully and match accommodation, car hire and excursions to our needs. Excellent customer service - including an offer to do the on-line check in for us! No disappointments, no problems - we'll be booking with them to do route 66 again.

You rock! Everything was perfect from start to finish. We had a fantastic time and a few unexpected adventures along the way! and we'll be back to book our next holiday!

We initially contacted Bon Voyage for an itinary for our first US road trip with the goal of going to Bonneville Speed Week and they came back with everything from flights RV and hotels and places to explore en route. Just perfect

Bon Voyage travel went above and beyond to ensure our family holiday to florida was amazing. From the first meeting to discuss our requirements until our return home they could not have been more helpful.Their seamless organisation of our travel arrangements ensured that we had a holiday we will never forget. We have travelled with Bon Voyage on six occasions, most recently in July 2017. Because we have family in the USA, we like to combine a family visit with exploring another part of the country, including California, Yellowstone. We found Bon Voyage, and Jade has been able to tailor make our trips. She has picked out hotels which she thought would suit us. She has been helpful in drawing our attention to local attractions and the best way to see them. Jade has twice worked with a small boat activity based cruise company called Un cruise on our behalf. The cruise around Hawaii was awesome! We will be asking Bon Voyage to arrange another holiday for us soon. We are so glad that we discovered them.

This is the third trip taken with Bon Voyage and I can't speak highly enough of Amanda - she has created 3 wonderful experiences, personally tailored to our interests and personalities. The whole service from Amanda and Bon Voyage has been professional and creative. Just back from 12 days in Florida and it was out of this world - thank you!

I would recommend anyone travelling to the USA to use Bon Voyage. We have just returned from the trip of a lifetime to California and Arizona. Everything went like clockwork. We couldn't have done without Amanda's knowledge and advice. A fantastic service.

Don't use anyone one else!! Bon Voyage were the only company we would trust to meet our high demands and expectations for our trip of a lifetime to Canada. When spending a lot of money and spending it on a dream holiday don't trust anyone else.
Amanda Davies of Bon Voyage listened carefully to all my wishes, thought seriously and thoroughly about them then came back to me with what she called her first draft. It was fantastic! Every little detail was considered and included. The hotels she recommended were all different and in keeping with their environment - from modern to rustic to an elegant refurbished old hotel. All high standard. The companies she chose for our trips were professional expert experienced and friendly enabling us to achieve our wishes to see bears, whales , proposed, seals , elks, moose etc etc oh and also to catch huge salmon on a fishing trip in the Pacific Ocean! She hand held us from start to after the finish - ever ready to help and advise thereby enabling us to exceed our hopes of a dream holiday. Don't trust anyone else with your dream holiday !!!

We were so happy with the driving tour of S. Dakota, Montana and Wyoming that Kate from Bon Voyage organised for us in 2016 that we had no hesitation in asking her to arrange another trip in 2017 touring Colorado and Utah. On both occasions she used her personal knowledge of the locations to recommend an excellent mix of hotels and wonderfully charming B&Bs and to suggest modifications to the standard itinerary to suit our holiday preferences. She also made our idea of adding on a trip to Canada to meet friends an easy decision by finding such great airfares. It's this level of personal service, expertise and attention to detail that sets Bon Voyage apart from other companies that we have used. It's comforting to know that our holiday has been so meticulously arranged so that all we have to think about is enjoying ourselves.

We booked a deep South road trip via Jade at Bon Voyage, and the whole experience from start to finish was just perfect.

Jade was very knowledgeable and chose all our accommodation perfectly.
