I ordered two hoodies for my brother and got sent one of the hoodies and a pair of plus sized 40 waist jeans, I’ve been in contact with boohooman for 4 days now and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. I have messaged on messenger and sent emails and all I want is to send the jeans back and get the hoodie that I ordered.
Still no cards work on websites on 3 different devices, they have basically blocked my address as Debenhams did not issue delivery so I had to go through credit card claim back as there customer service is abysmal and non existant. Am taking it further but shouldn’t be allowed to do it
If i could do less than 1 star I would. I returned a parcel 1st April and still not received the full refund even though I have been contacting then daily. They have told me they have all the items back in an email, but no refund. Its an absolute joke - I will never ever buy from them again and warn others JUST DONT BOTHER!
Ordered 4 pairs of men’s shorts 2 fitted fine the others too big to be told the most expensive pairs were non refundable no where does it state on the website for either pair of shorts that are still being sold that they are non refundable absolutely disgusting service will not be buying from them again.
Wrong colour of trousers, wrong size(sent big and tall rather than regular sized)and horrible quality of material used. Looked nothing similar to what I'd ordered didn't bother trying to return, just binned them not even got to wear around the house or work

On the Website they are more than happy for you to pay extra for next day delivery , however when they fail to meet this promise , they make you go from one thing to another to hear time and time again we don’t deal with that , we can’t authorise a refund etc etc absolutely impossible to get a valid response or resolution, it is tantamount to taking money under false pretences, absolutely disgusting customer service, I remain having paid money for a service I did not get , out of pocket and adamant I won’t use them or associated brands again !!

I purchased two pairs of denim shorts for my son. I ordered the correct size for him but the sizes are not true to size. When trying to return them. I get told that they are part of the non-returnable hygiene Clothes. This was after already being told twice that they are returnable and not part of this non-returnable hygiene Clothes and it’s saying on the main advert that they can be returned within 28 days. They are not underwear. They are not swimwear. They are denim shorts they refuse to accept the return back of the one pair my son tried on for 30 seconds so I will now keep them until he is big enough to wear them in three or four years. and to try and get the second pair back has been an absolute nightmare. They’ve asked for photos then told me they don’t accept photos via message. They’ve asked me three times my preferred method of returning three times to send photos three times where I would like the refund made customer service absolutely shocking will never use again. Do not recommend anyone to ever use them!
I bought men's swimming shorts in size L, but the actual size is M. I wanted to return them, but I can't because this product is not subject to returns, so the sizing is clearly fraudulent. Shame on you.
Worst customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of size 9 boots and received size 10 which were too big. I contacted them straight away and asked them to send new ones in the right size. They said they wouldn’t send them until they received the return back which could take weeks. I didnt have weeks to wait as I had a party I needed them for. You would think because they sent the wrong size they would send out the right size straight away. And then when I went to send them back I had to pay $15 to return them and it was their mistake. Never buying anything from them again.

Paid for Premier delivery in November 25, and it keeps asking me to pay again and charging me for delivery. I have sent over 20 emails and its like talking to robots who are unbelievably unhelpful and asking for the same information over and over.
They also sign off emails with incorrect company name, which is extremely unprofessional, I have been emailing boohoo and they sign off with Debenhams.

Ordered 5 pairs of trunks, one came all stained. Sent photos and order number on what’s app , reply came back can I resend order number , done that 6 hours later reply can you send photos which I had already done again no reply from last WhatsApp useless service, have always ordered trunks for years but no more , it’s impossible to resolve issue.
I ordered 3 pairs of shorts. 1 of which I kept and the other 2 I tried to return because they didn't fit. The returns portal will not lete send them back! I have emailed Customer service and am getting no reply! I won't buy from here again!
At one point was a great brand. I live out of country and it would take a week to get to Europe. Now the past few months it takes a month minimum to get my order. Don’t have any faith that I’ll actually get this latest one. Last time ordering.

Their service is absolutely horrendous. You cannot speak to a real person, you are chatting with useless Al bots that provide no actual help. There isn’t any actual phone number or email response either.
I was charged for three shirts but only received two. When I tried to resolve the issue and eventually disputed the missing item, they didn't fix their mistake they simply froze my account and my Premier delivery membership!
It feels like they are punishing me for their own error. They are happy to take your money but ofter zero support and retaliate when you ask for what you actually paid for. Save your money and shop elsewhere! SHEIN is way better.
I don't like this company simply because they don't have a live representative to talk to and also they don't follow there return policy for a refund I will never order from them again and I will let my friends and love ones know not to order anything from them ever again. How can people just lie and don't take any accountability for there actions.
