Paid extra for next day delivery and no sign of it. No update from Evri, nothing.
Sent a message on messenger and sent an email but no reply. There is no number to call either. I want to know when my item is getting delivered and want my postage refund if my item actuslly arrives.

Ordered on Monday at 6pm and got next day delivery as i needed some formal wear for a funeral, its now Thursday and still not received the items. Boohooman still not handed them over to the courier and the funeral is tomorrow. If it doesn't go out today they've completely ruined the entire day even more so because its a FUNERAL!!!!!

Clothes arrived fine, but my issue was getting my refund money. I stupidly chose the option for voucher refund, because I earned more money back. I had received gift vouchers codes, but no PINs to use them, and when I emailed asking for help, all I received was an automated response asking for details that were already in my original email. The one gift card i did get a pin for (which came in an email months after the initial refund notice + gift card number) didn’t disclose a refund date, and after trying to use it, I found it expired 2 days ago. There was no expiry date in the email. They’ve just taken £22 from me.

I've bought many items and returned them over the years with boohoo man always had returns payment to my card, this time I asked for my boohoo man account to be credited as it would be quicker, I've had nothing to say the item I sent back was received and my account credited, I've contacted customer services and got no reply, not being able to contact anyone feels very primative and quite frankly the company doesn't seem bothered, this has definitely changed my mind about ordering again.

Reply to their response - I have been trying to resolve this for a month. Still got no where. So now I'm stuck out of pocket with a hideous pair of trousers I never ordered!! I have raised this issue with both my bank and trading standards.
Received the wrong item in my order on the 24th.
Sent an email and left a message with their social media but still had no response..
Won't be using them again in future.
They've also taken more from my bank than what I agreed to.. they took £20.98
When my order total was only £17.98 (this was including postage ect)

This has been going on since DECEMBER with no resolution!

Was returned and they offered me a partial refund and partial gift card.
To date I have received NEITHER!!
I have tried to explain to them on multiple occasions that I have not received any gift card or refund, yet it goes to a new person each time who has not picked up the thread or dealt with it to resolve my problem.
I have asked for this to be escalated many times, to no avail. Just a 3 week wait for a reply and then I’m told a gift card was sent. It wasn’t!!! I want a refund! I am beyond angry with this company. Absolutely shocking!!!! I might have to report them to a financial ombudsman if they don’t sort this out. I have never received such poor service in my life!!!!! Please don’t use this company, they are a total disgrace!!

The products are inexpensive and are decent for the price.
I like the licensed t-shirts and with a discount code, you can sometimes get them half the price you would pay elsewhere.
However, the delivery is awful. I pay for next day delivery and hardly ever receive it next day. This time, it is 3 days after I ordered and it still hasn’t been delivered.
I contacted them about this and all they had to say were contact us again in a couple of weeks if it doesn’t arrive.
I PAID FOR NEXT DELIVERY! The least they could do is refund me for this cost.

I have premier however it is not working on my account so I can’t get the free delivery. After raising the issue on 19th March and asking them to sort, they’ve told me it’s active on their side and basically everytime I get charged delivery, I can come to them for ‘support’. I shouldn’t have to pay for it in the first place if I have Premier! No one responds to the emails, customer service are rubbish, and of-course they have no phone number because they know how awful they are.
Do not buy from them!!

I ordered some clothing and paid for the delivery. The package arrived a month late with no updates despite trying. Once it arrived I saw they had sent the wrong item!!! I sent it back and kept receiving emails saying my refund was being processed. I chased it every week and have just gotten a message saying it's been a month since it was processed and due to their policy they can no longer investigate it (they didn't reply properly to ANY of my previous emails or messages). This is the WORST company ever. DO NOT USE! It is basically a scam.

Terrible experience trying to get assistance from customer support due to issues on the returns portal. I have been using the messaging option and 7 days later I’m still no further forward. Continuously being asked to provide the same information then to be told the customer services team are very busy. I have also reached out via email twice and neither have been acknowledged.

Extremely frustrating experience with BoohooMAN.
My order was partially delivered, and the rest of the items were returned by the shipping company due to damage before they ever reached me. I even contacted the courier myself, and they confirmed that Boohoo authorized the return.
Despite this, I’ve been stuck going back and forth with customer service, receiving slow responses and generic copy-paste messages instead of an actual solution. Their own tracking clearly shows the items have already been returned, yet they keep asking me to wait for updates like the package is still in transit.
At this point, it feels like they’re just delaying instead of resolving the issue. I’ve had to chase them across email and social media just to get basic answers.
All I’m asking for is simple: either reship the missing items or issue a refund. This should not be this difficult.
Very disappointing experience — poor customer service and lack of accountability. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will not be ordering from them again.

Made an order, received no order confirmation and nothing showing on my account. Tried to contact support via iMessage and Facebook messenger however no reply from an agent after 12 hours and counting. Tried emailing and had 1 useless email back. Took the money out of my bank account but impossible to know what’s going on with my order and can’t get in contact with anyone.
