Dishonest and not responding after complaint
We have rented an appartement. At first, the contact was nice as well as the apartment. So we were satisfied and happy. The owner of the apartment was also really nice. However, I asked upfront whether the neighborhood (the street next to the apartment) was busy. The person of book a flat said it was a quiet street and I shouldn’t have to worry about noise. It is the opposite. The street is extremely busy, so are the apartments above ours. You can hear almost everything. People coming in and leaving their apartments. We tried white noise, earplugs and other devices, but unfortunately the noise is unbearable. We have contacted book a flat but after one week they still haven’t responded…..they mislead us and are now ignoring our problem.

The agency and the staff are dishonest , untruthful and very disrespectful.
I wouldn't recommend this agency and advise not to do business with them.
I was cheated and lied to by this agency.

The flat was occupied by one of your colleagues just before you for 3 years. This tenancy went off without a hitch and your predecessor was completely satisfied.
Following the inventory of fixtures at the end of the tenancy, the flat, which was left in good condition, was completely cleaned as is the case after each tenancy.
It was negotiated for you to have all the bed linen replaced and some furniture added to the flat.
We regret that we were unable to give you access to the flat on the day initially planned but your file was not complete.
Since your arrival, we have done our utmost to satisfy your requests, but you should bear in mind that you are renting a flat that has a history and therefore cannot be perfectly new.
We hope that your stay with us goes well.

When we arrived to the apartment, everything worked and the reality corresponds to the photos. The best agency I have ever been in contact in France.
