Bootbarn in Fairfield ca

First off, as a past store manager myself for a different retail store I am in disbelief that Bootbarn Corporate allows someone to be a store a manger that belittles the employees there, puts them down and treats them unfairly. This store in Fairfield Ca has one of the highest overturn rates due to the store manager. Train your store managers! Teach them how to be a manager. I don’t believe any manager should be allowed to create such a toxic work environment. It’s extremely sad and shocking. Jennifer do better.

Nope

Saw a pair of boots online but wanted to see them in person and try on for sizing, so went to the store. Huge store, one person working entire store. After searching around she found one boot but not the matching other boot?? She wasn't really familiar with the stock in her store. I left and will not go back. Disorganized and all the boots are out on the shelves, no stock in the back. Its like a payless shoe store or target shoe department. Not spending over $250 for a pair of boots there, that's for sure.

Lifelong customer

From the website order to the delivery, was kept well informed about everything. Even the return process was quick and easy. I love that there were options fir getting text message updates. Definitely earned a lifelong customer.

Everyone was friendly in the store

Everyone was friendly in the store, and I received my order quickly. The person I got the boots for is extremely happy that they look stylish and are very comfortable. He received compliments from all the guys out in the shop. It's been a great experience! Thank you so much.

Brand new boot barn shopper-- NEVER AGAIN!!

Brand new boot barn shopper. Daughter wanted $175 boots for an upcoming event and saved up for them. They arrive USED with a discount sticker on them for $129.99. They are all banged and scuffed up. They will not expedite a new boot for her but they offered to match the price of $129.99. If I wanted a used boot I'd go to a discount store. Never again!

Boots Never Received

Placed my order for 3 pairs on June 7th. It’s July 19th today and I still don’t have the boots. When I attempt to track my order, it appears to show my boots as being delivered on July 11th. They were never delivered; I work from home and have front door cameras. I’ve attempted to contact the company via email twice with no response. Extremely frustrating!

They put a double hold on your card!

I ordered 2 large web orders not knowing that they actually put a hold on your account for the entire order, plus each item. This causes a hold for twice the amount you actually spent and overdrawn your account, bounces other payments, etc. Customer service then notifies you when you call that it's a "soft hold" and it'll be released in 3-5 days. Again causing late fees and overdraft fees as it is still holding the money. They need a notice on their website stating that you need to be prepared for double charges.

Beware of their return policy

Beware of their return policy! I ordered a gift. Got order confirmation. Found it somewhere else for less. Had not yet received an order confirmation. Called customer service and explained the situation. They claimed it was getting ready to ship and no ship notification relevant. So once it got here, I had to pay almost $10 to ship it back. No more Boot Barn for me

Order boots online

Order boots online during a flash sale over a month ago. Watched tracking everyday till it said it was delivered (no package received) Now realizing I think it was a scam. Ordered 3 pairs of boots, never got them.

Disappointing experience

Showed up to buy two pair of boots. One pair of casual, and one pair of dress (Exotic).

The sales person was totally unprepared and lacked knowledge of the products but wanted to follow me around like a lost puppy, which is totally annoying. When I pointed out the pair of boots, I wanted were two different style leather patterns. She didn’t know what to say nor did she offer another alternative. Another pair of boots I was looking at had dirt on the soles. All she would say is, those must’ve been returned and offered no discount on them.
I could go on about this experience, but I’ll leave it here and let you know that I went directly to Cavender’s and was handled with professionalism and walked out with two pair of boots.

Garbage boots

I purchased a pair of boots here two years ago that started falling apart after 14 months. The leather wore off the toe and now the sole is cracking. (They are junk gypsy if anyone is interested) I contacted the company and they told me that they were outside the 1 year warranty so there is nothing they can do. Pretty crappy for a company that claims to have tough boots. They offered me 25% off of my next pair but that means I am stuck buying from them when I know I will get a garbage product. Will not be returning.
