I have seen Muthu Raj three times now . He helped me choose the best hearing aids for me. I found Muthu to be the most knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and reassuring man to guide me through the process. I have just had my annual hearing aid check up and again the whole process was very relaxed and professional. I have total faith in Muthu and know that he will answer my questions and help me with any queries I may have. Thank you Muthu you are 11 out of 10 on all levels.

Hearing test was thorough and everything well explained

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable audiologist. He was very patient and listened to all my concerns.

The audiologist, Mr Muthu Raj, explained the tests he was going to do, went through the test results with patience, answered all my questions, described the various hearing aids available. He was courteous, pleasant and efficient. My hearing aid has opened a better world for me.

Muthuraj is an excellent audiologist and comes over as very competent and knowledgeable. He also cares that as a customer I feel happy with his work which I do.

The hearing technician listened to what I said and was was helpful and insightful in explaining all the aspects of the test and products available.

So far the experience has been great. My mum was anxious before her first appointment but was immediately put at ease by Muthu Raj at the Banbury store. Greeted with a smile, everything was explained clearly throughout the whole process. He talked through the results in a way we could understand and answered all the questions we had. We have had a check up appointment to tweak the hearing aids which my mum has reported is a lot better so shows that Raj listened and understood what he had to do to make it better for her.

I took my father in law Derek Barnwell to see Muthu Raj recently again what wonderful service and check up he did of his hearing aid. He can hear much better with the new set up. A very thorough service. Many thanks, booked in the next one, no problem.

Mins before it was due, travelled to boots and was sat waiting for my appointment then to be notified that it had been cancelled, not happy

After staff changes boots become horrible place, prescriptions received yesterday and Tom (store manager) will not give to me life saving medication when I said I needed this medicine. Tom refused to inform me when prescription arrived as is not my business, so the only way to get my medication is take back my prescription and change the pharmacy and not use boots anymore.
Tom refused to give me back mine prescriptions, 6 urgent items prescribe following Neurologists advisory.
