I can hear again ....it was worth the journey
I was very impressed with the service at Boots for my hearing test and I felt at ease and everything was explained to me fully. The follow up was re-asurring and I felt confident with the fact I could come back at any time if I had a problem. A very efficient system/friendly service and my hearing aids proposed have been brilliant

I RECEIVED A NEW WORLD OF HEARING

I have recently been very lucky to have been introduced to new digital hearing aids supplied by Bootshearingcare at Burnley. For having been involved in music from a very young age and in my adult working life, I always used hearing aids supplied by the NHS to help the deafness especially in my right ear, although nothing could ever be done for the deafness in my left ear.At the age now of 75 in retirement the aids supplied by Bootshearingcare have been a life changer for me. They have given me a quality of conversation I have never experienced before with other hearing aids,at home, outside and in fact wherever I am. They are brilliant and amazing pieces of technology. I can for example adjust the volume of sound in both ears by just clicking a button and I am able to make and receive phone calls using Bluetooth directly through them. I can hear every single word. I can never thank Naeem my Audiologist enough for his professional support and encouragement over our appointments, not to mention his patience, in explaining to this old chap every aspect of what the hearing aids could do and what were their limitations for although I could never expect to have normal hearing Naeem was confident my hearing could be very much improved and it certainly has been and with it my Quality of Life.

Everything explained clearly
The person doing the test explained everything clearly and what would happen. Very experienced and knew what he was doing. We was very happy with the service and hopefully when the process is finished my husband will be satisfied with everything that has been done.

Excellent service …
The service I received at the Hearing Care Centre in Burnley was excellent. My audiologist, Naeem was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and went through all the procedures
and guidances for using my hearing aids thoroughly. I was very impressed with the treatment I received and certainly will recommend him and the department to friends and family. Thank you Naeem.
