Haden at Boots Hearingcare Cheltenham gave me a first class service and he explained everything I needed to know. I am very happy with my hearing aids which will improve my quality of life. Rude and disinterested. Avoid.
I had an appointment at 3:45 today with the Cheltenham Boots audiologist, Mike Crawley.
From the outset, Mr Crawley was condescending and rude. He was unobservant and disinterested, to the point that I decided to terminate the consultation. I'm not interested in having someone with such a poor attitude take care of my hearing health.
This kind of "service" is simply not good enough and not what I've come to expect from the usually competent and friendly Boots staff.
I'd highly recommend NOT using this service!
