Excellent, friendly and reassuring. After an initial hearing test I had a full analysis and after a really informative discussion about the way ahead, I found out it was free! Lovely people, even if I'd had to pay.

Just pants! They promised a free walk-in hearing test. Well, I have walked in x4 times and I have still not had a test. I may be unlucky but I don't think so. Someone needs to check the client care manual.

Sabah is brilliant - knowledgable, very detail orientated but also makes you feel relaxed and very comfortable. She gave a first class service and I would recommend her and the team to anyone.

Everyone is incredibly helpful. I had recently ruptured my eaddrum and I was worried about getting on a flight and the audiologist did such a great job of helping me work out what the issue was and what I could do about it and make the right decision for me. I went back again for a hearing test and inspection and they really took the time to properly test me, look at my ear and answerered all my questions. I could not recommend this store enough.

I was anxious about getting an appointment at a Boots Hearingcare and an appointment was available for a branch I had not been to before but Raoul at the Ealing Boots Hearingcare put me at ease at once and listened to my concerns about my hearing aids not working. Very good experience at Boots Hearingcare, Ealing, where audiologist Sabah Afzal was professional and personable. Good advice and ample time to choose the best hearing aids for me, including the opportunity to trial different devices in the store and around the shopping centre. Helpful follow up appointments to ensure I was getting the best results possible. In contrast to my suboptimal experience at Specsavers, to which the NHS had referred me, I found Boots hearing tests thorough, in a well-equipped, soundproof room.
Have already recommended Boots Hearingcare to several friends. Think they heard!

Sabah was excellent, taking the time to explain everything very clearly, motivating me to use my hearing Aids more regularly and adjusting them, which has been very helpful.

The centre itself is modern and immaculate but it's the staff who make it outstanding. I met Hamze when I booked my appointment and when I returned for the test it was like greeting an old friend. He was both professional and kind.

I have been putting off getting my hearing checked for some time but definitely have been noticing some changes. Hamze assessed me today - and I was very impressed with his interpersonal skills, the range of information and options he offered and felt really comfortable and supported. Hamze is a huge asset to the service- he has such good energy. I left thinking I wish I could poach him for the mental health team I manage!! The facilities were clean, private, quiet and really easily accessed. I learned a lot today and am grateful that I can get regular reviews going forward.
