I have been putting off getting my hearing checked for some time but definitely have been noticing some changes. Hamze assessed me today - and I was very impressed with his interpersonal skills, the range of information and options he offered and felt really comfortable and supported. Hamze is a huge asset to the service- he has such good energy. I left thinking I wish I could poach him for the mental health team I manage!! The facilities were clean, private, quiet and really easily accessed. I learned a lot today and am grateful that I can get regular reviews going forward.

Hamze checked my hearing and was extremely helpful. He was efficient, kind, quick and made the appointment a very pleasant experience. He asked questions first, did a physical check of the ears, then did the hearing test, during which I sat in a booth. Then he explained my results in a way that was very clear and easy to understand.
For my situation, with moderate hearing loss in one ear, I will do a follow up appointment to test that ear in more detail. Then I can explore hearing aid options and see if using one would be a good fit for me.
It was quick and easy to book the first appointment online. They will also send me a reminder to re-test in two years. This was free and the next appt will be free as well. The hearing aid, if I were to get one, would not be free through them. Highly recommend! It is located next to the Flying Tiger store in the main Ealing Broadway shopping centre.

I had a fantastic time with wax removal. Before l came l was anxious about the procedure edure. However, Hamze the gentleman who took the wax out of my ears, he was very good at making me feel at ease. He also was very gentle with the whole process. He cared by asking how l was feeling during the whole process and after having done.
I came out of the Ealing Broadway Boots Hearing Care feeling very happy with the whole place. He and others that work there have made me feel very satisfied with the whole 'wax removal' process. Thank you to all of them especially to Hamze.

He made me feel completely at ease, clearly explained each step of the process, and answered all my questions with patience and care. Saw Sabah. Excellent communication skills. Pleasant, warm personality. Cleaned hearing aids, explaining everything she was doing. Only minor adjustment to hearing aids needed following hearing test.

Priya did my initial tests and sale, with Sabah dealing with the set up. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy so far but it had only been a day with the new hearing aid. Will have a real test of the aid when I'm in a crowded environment.

I find both Priya and the audiologist l saw today in Ealing , so gentle mild kind and attentive. Very experienced. I felt they understood what l was feeling and my difficulties hearing.
The sole reason l would recommend Boots - because in the long term l would have good care !

The audiometrician was very knowledgeable and also patient with me.

After an initial hiccup with the appointment being moved to an inappropriate slot the new appointment went really well. The audiologist worked really well with a 92 year old lady and explained the different kind of hearing aids that would be good for her.

Rahul was very helpful and informative when I popped in to require about prices of a Hearing aid consultation, tests etc. he was very kind and compassionate and understanding of what my needs where. He is a credit to Boots I will definitely be coming in to book my tests and recommending Boots Hearing in Ealing Broadway to my friends and family
