Helpful & pleasant staff. Surprisingly a painless experience. Somewhat surprised that Boots were significantly more expensive than Specsavers.

Thorough hearing test and results explained clearly. Although I did choose top of the range hearing aids, I was disappointed to feel that the whole range wasn't shown to me and felt a bit rushed through this part. Also felt that the aids were really expensive but had no choice because I need them. Unfortunately I found the same aids for about £1000 cheaper from the manufacturer online at a later date.

I went to Boots for a full hearing test with audiologist Jane. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase but with her advice I decided on the Phonak Lumity platinum range and was pleasantly surprised that the hearing aids were in stock so they were programmed and fitted there and then.

I managed to make an appointment at a suitable time quickly. My initial examination was quite quick but thorough, and everything was explained clearly. I was advised that another appointment for a longer assessment was advisable and this was carried out within the next few days. Advice was clear, easy to understand and I never felt under pressure. My hearing aids were quick to arrive and expertly fitted. I have a follow up appointment arranged. I would recommend Boots service for hearing support.

Audiologist helpful and professional and hearing aids worked well but because my wife and I both had hearing aids we were told, several times, that there was a 15% discount. After 3 visits it turns out there's not. The small print says that the discount doesn't apply if any other discount is used. Boots offer numerous discounts, £500 off for top of the range aids and extra discounts for buying a pair so there can't be many who actually qualify. It's my fault for believing the audiologist and not reading the small print. My advice - READ THE SMALL PRINT!

Very efficient system for keeping in touch via email and texts.
Audiologist explained everything very clearly and it didn’t feel rushed. Jane put me at ease and was very helpful.
The whole team seemed very competent, professional and helpful.
I was made to feel there was plenty of time and no question was silly.
Altogether a really great experience.

Felt a little anxious before attending for hearing test but staff at Boots pleasant and helpful. Audiologist explained the process and was helpful in discussing treatment options. Whole experience was professional which will help future appointments be less of a worry

Went for hearing test to replace faulty pair of hearing aids bought from a supplier in Seaford. The service in Boots was a class above my previous supplier in terms of thoroughness, professionalism and price. I generally prefer to use independent suppliers but was badly let down when buying from my previous supplier.

Professional, informative and friendly. The advice given was useful and no pressure given to make decisions on the day. Information booklets and letters were good to have. Would recommend them.

Very thorough, helpful, caring and reassuring. It was especially helpful to set up hearing aids for my ears and allowed me to walk about outside to try them out.
