Considerate and supported hearing care

We felt supported and considered from the minute we stepped into the appointment room.

Rachel listened to my mother’s experience and clearly communicated her findings and her recommendations, replying to follow up email questions promptly.

We feel happy that ongoing support is provided whilst mum is getting used to the hearing aids.

Very knowledgeable, professional, helpful audiologist, who was very thorough and enabled features on my hearing aids that I never knew about before.

My first hearing test :

I saw Rachel for my hearing test ,she was very welcoming , explained everything that was going to happen . My first visit i was found to have wax in my ears , so I had to arrange to have this seen to first , unfortunately not available at Grantham boots , but I did find a local place and had procedure done . Returned to see Rachel a week later , had full hearing test . It was found that I needed hearing aids , Rachel then proceeded to tell me all about this ,the procedures and the costs involved. She couldn’t have been more helpful . Hearing Aids chosen and now next appointment booked for fitting and tuition on how to use them

Only 1 audiologist

The service was awful after I received my aids, got my money back.
Boots Grantham.
If you check the reply to most 1 star reviews they are word for word the same, they obviously don’t care.
