I have been wearing Phonak hearing aids for over 5 years and have been taken care of my Roshni throughout this time.
Roshni, has been a wonderful advisor and a life saver enabling me to continue with my job as my hearing deteriorated. She is very knowledgeable with a calm manner, a great listener and very clear when explaining the different equipment function to enhance my hearing and this has led to me choosing the right equipment to improve my hearing loss.
I left after each fitting feeling very confident and this has allowed me to feel more confident carrying out my work duties in addition to communicating with people in person or on the phone.

Roshni is exceptional ! she has looked after my mother for over 5 years now. making her feel comfortable,advising her about how to look after her hearing aids. she ask about her family and even remembers their names ! shes a star!!! a real asset for the company !

Roshni herself. She is patient chatty polite and very friendly always greets you with your first name and a lovely smile. Your never rushed she finds time to listen to the problem you have and put it right nothing is to much trouble for her .she always asks how we are and the family. She makes you perfectly at ease when explaining what's she's doing. There is no hard sell from her just pure delight in her work and seeing a familiar face at each appointment. Roshni has always provided an excellent service for my mum who is 79 years old. My mum was really worried about losing her hearing but Roshni put her at ease straight away by providing a caring attitude and a professional experience. My mum loves her new hearing aids and she is always happy to return to the follow up appointments knowing that Roshni will be friendly, helpful and provide us with her excellent customer care and expertise. We would not go any where else for mum's audiology appointments.

I’ve been going to the Audiologist at GallowTree Gate for a few years now. The service is second to none. In particular, Roshni Thanki is very professional, caring and supportive every time I attend. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Roshni Thanki is extremely professional and competent in her work. She is obviously fully up to date in her knowledge of current hearing aids. However the service provided does not just include professialism but also the personal touch. She is always very welcoming, remembers who you are and what you do and your family. It makes it a very pleasant experience.

My appointment was a further follow up in connection with my hearing aid purchase. As always, Roshni was very professional and caring. She has a very pleasing, comfortable personality and is so very knowledgeable/competent in her role as hearing aid audiologist. My hearing aids have been life changing and it's a bonus to know that this back-up attention is available as and when necessary.
