Roshni Thanki provides an efficient service in a very friendly and helpful way. Highly recommended.

It’s been 6 weeks since I started wearing my new hearing aid. I was sceptical of using a hearing aid, but Roshni Thanki with her professional approachable and friendly demeanour has set aside my fears and negative thoughts into happy and contended customer. She has walked me through the whole process with patience and easy step by step guide and has empowered me with knowledge and new experiences. Always provides the best service with a smile.

Roshni Thanki is an extremely professional and efficient. She has always dealt with any issues or problems I have had swiftly and decisively. Very knowledgeable and has a very good manner about her dealings.

It is always a pleasure to have a consultation with Roshni, she is friendly, welcoming and does not make you feel uncomfortable. She is very helpful and knowledgeable .

When leaving her consulting room you feel more than helped and hearing repaired. You feel restored as a humanbeing. What an exceptional gift. Please do not promtote her into some key managerial role taking her away from serving customers.

I would recommend Roshni Thanki to anybody who is worried about their hearing ability. My hearing is not bad bút I had begun to miss parts of conversations and was "switching off". With Roshni's help and advise I can now hear the softest spoken members of any group and feel confident to join in discussions.

Roshni is a great advocate for Boots and a fine role model for people employed in service positions. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, confident and reassuring during all visits to her. She provided clear, full instructions during the tests performed and made me feel relaxed about what was happening. She is a credit to the company.
The only thing I would change is swapping the American accent for a British one in one of the tests.

Although I have complex hearing needs, the audiologist (Rashni Thanki) exceeded all my expectations. Clear, concise, friendly and thorough testing lead to my satisfaction with the aid I now have.
I feel I gained full confidence in the use of my hearing aids. I look forward to a more inclusive experience of better interaction with everyone.

Roshni was great at Leicester Boots in the city centre, she explained everything clearly and concisely to me and the in the ear canal aids are brilliant, they have made my life 100%better for it!

3rd set of hearing aids from boots just purchased. Really pleased after early teething problem with moulds. Roshni has steered and help me with my latest hearing aids. The audiologist Roshni was excellent, she was professional, caring and explained each step clearly. Roshni made the whole process easier to deal with, discussing anxiety and concerns.

I visited the audiologist for a follow up service appointment, which I requested as I've had these aids for 4 months or so, nothing wrong with them but I had a couple of queries. The audiologist Umeeka, was once again very attentive and caring, she listened, checked all is fine and answered my minor queries with ease. I am so pleased with the service received from Umeeka @ Boots. Credit where it is due ....

Delay in sending feedback. Been a long time but Great experience with Roshni. She was very knowledgable which helped alot as she explained everything so well, very calmly and clearly it all went smoothly, a really lovely and friendly person was lovely talking to her and having Roshni on the day.

GREAT SERVICE

Getting hearing aids for the first time is a little daunting, an admittance that age is creeping on. The audiologist, Umeeka, made it a positive experience. She is patient, kind and efficient and seems to really love her job. The gradual use of the aids has gone very well. And I can notice a huge difference in my hearing, particularly in the clarity of sounds. I feel reassured that I can book an appointment anytime if needed. All in all a great experience.

Service was excellent.
Thoroughly explained about the appointment and the hearing aids.
Not rushed me, gave me time to ask questions.
Staff are polite.
