Have been with Boots Hearingcare for a few years. Tried one other well known company, no where near the Boots service. Excellent customer service, regular contact, any concern, appointment wanted, review, all accommodated. Certainly feel a valued customer. Thoroughly recommend Kishen Chauhan. M & P.

Marco and Sandra fitted me in for a hearing test and were able to expertly fit me with hearing aids on the same day!
Seriously impressed.

My first year's review was due but there was a need for support now, due my concern for reduction of hearing (when not using my hering aids). A young lady, Priya customer service person, was on duty at Milton Keynes, Hearing Cente and really she culdn't have been more helpful. Priya testing my hearing assuring me that my hearing hadnt deterioration; Priya then serviced my hearing aids and gave me more useful digital information in using the aids in conjectction with my iphone. I thanked here very much and said I would put a review here.

I was given a thorough hearing test and then offered a pair of hearing aids. Kishen the Cluster manager was helpful and explained how the hearing aids worked. 3 weeks after the purchase I was able to meet with Kishen again to sort out a few issues I had experienced. Again Kishen was helpful and sorted out my problems. The hearing aids are working very well.

I have just bought my first hearing aid, after my appointment with Kishen in the cmk store, he put me at ease from the minute I entered, listened to all I had to say, was very patient, and laughed at all my nervous jokes!
When it came to choosing the hearing aid he didn’t rush or push me into choosing just talked me through which he thought was best and the costs and benefits.
Can’t believe how excited I am to be getting a hearing aid!

A problem with my hearing aids required a Saturday "chance" visit to Boots in Milton Keynes. Although the weekday staff were not there, we met MARCO who offered to help sort it... and he did.
His explanation of where I was going wrong and his patient clear advice (along with cleaning and refitting a filter) has given me the confidence to do thing properly in the future... I was so impressed with his professional approach and can-do attitude I can recommend anyone to deal with Boots for hearing care.

The audiologist was very helpful and patient either my mother in law, she has had problems with previous hearing aids due to a narrow ear canal. He knew exactly which type of hearing aid she needed, she said this is the best service she has received.

Made an appointment with Milton Keynes Boots Hearing Care because Dad's usual branch audiologist is away for some time. Dad has dementia and has had a difficult time recently. One of his hearing aids was lost whilst in hospital a couple of weeks ago and the other one has been damaged. The 3 members of staff I spoke to in Boots Milton Keynes were attentive, understanding and very, very helpful. Having dementia and being profoundly deaf with no hearing aids leaves you in a very dark place and I am so grateful for the care and assistance given today. Since Dad had his first Boots Hearing Aids at the beginning of this year both Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes branches have been brilliant. Thank you!

Having decided I needed my hearing checked it was easy and quick to get an appointment. The process and information were clear and unfussy. I picked up hearing aids in less than a week and they are brilliant. Not cheap, but what price hearing your
grandchildren? What a difference!

Just that they gave care and attention.

From the 1st appointment to purchasing my hearing aids, the process was handled very professionally and with efficiently. The audiologist that dealt with my appointments was very thorough and talked me through every test and explained the reasons for the test and advised me the best aids for my level of hearing loss.
