The amount of time and patience that was taken to explain everything from how things work and how it would take time to get used to them and a little of what to expect. Very professional. I was impress and felt comfortable and felt l could and will be able to ask any questions big or small with future appointments.

Efficient and professional

I was welcomed by a friendly member of staff who gave detailed information what the test consisted of which gave me confidence how it would be carried out.
Also the result was explained in detail and how to go forward.

Great experience from introduction to hearing test to fitting.

Boots audiology department answers the phone! I had the undivided attention of the audiologist for more than an hour for the initial consultation and another hour for fitting hearing aids. Excellent follow up and after care is promised - although it's too soon for me to comment on that, my friend has said it's good. The NHS does supply aids but they are under resourced and I waited months with no sign of an appointment. By those who can afford to pay for private aids doing so, this frees up the NHS for those who desperately need help but can't afford to pay privately.

The attention and service I received from Daniel Taylor was excellent. He certainly is an expert in his field, ~ and I have total confidence in the guidance he gave me on this occasion and will do so in the future. The hearing aid I had was from the NHS but their service and the hearing aids they offer, can't match my experience from Boots.
It may be considered expensive, but worth it ~ Well done!

Brilliant service and my hearing check was very thorough. Everything was explained well to me and the knowledge the assistant had was excellent couldn’t fault it.
