My husband was apprehensive about the whole process of wearing hearing aids .From the initial hearing test to after care in the first month , Chris the specialist was excellent. He explained every part of the process of choosing and wearing the correct hearing aids, he was patient, thorough and helpful. I attended the consultation and fitting meetings and he answered my questions as well as my husbands. There was no ‘hard sell’ for the most expensive product he explained the benefits of all hearing aids.
The after care is also thorough and adjustments made and explained well. In all an excellent service which I would thoroughly recommend.

Having spent £3500 on hearing aids with Boots I find their after sale service very poor.
You cannot phone the Boots hearing aid department in Meadowhall you have to call a call centre.
Would not recommend Boots hearing department to anyone.

I was made to feel at ease from the start of the examination.
I was asked many question about my hearing and was listened to.
The following hearing test was thorough and explained well to me
The options to help me to have better hearing was good and explained to me.
I felt pleased and confident with the advise I was given

What more do you expect me to say other than, “Excellent all round service and expertise”.

It gave me the experience of hearing properly and being able to control the volume etc. which is really good. However, it would have been helpful if the audiologist who instructed me with them had spoken more slowly, listened to me when I wanted to speak or ask something and was able to pause and respond to what I was saying or asking.

The experience was great, me and my partner both bought Dior perfume and aftershave for each other, the staff were brilliant with helping us further offering us personalised engraving and packaging, Sharon, Anna and Luke went above and beyond, they were amazing and extremely welcoming and funny allowing the experience to be 5 star and delightful, we would definitely come again and recommend!

Visited the boots hearingcare in Meadhall on the 28/09/23 to see the audiologist. I was d isappointed as there is no audiologist on a Saturday. It wasn't a complete waste of time as Val one of staff was extremely helpful, saving me another trip the following day.

I had my ears tested at Boots Meadowhall on 27 Oct 2023.

The audiologist was called Helena and she was excellent.

She was friendly and put me at ease and explained everything to me.

The hearing test was thorough and the results explained to me in detail.

A very good experience. Helena is an asset to your organisation.

From reception to leaving everyone was pleasant and professional with each step fully explained in plain language

I had an appointment for a hearing test. The woman who I saw first was pleasant, helpful and thorough. She took time to explain things to me and set up a second, longer appointment. The audiologist who did this pleasant, polite and helpful. He explained the test results and helped me with choice of hearing aid. He spent time trying devices and reassured me of their effectiveness. Excellent service.
