I had an appointment for a hearing test. The woman who I saw first was pleasant, helpful and thorough. She took time to explain things to me and set up a second, longer appointment. The audiologist who did this pleasant, polite and helpful. He explained the test results and helped me with choice of hearing aid. He spent time trying devices and reassured me of their effectiveness. Excellent service.

I'm no better off for having these aids.
I can hear someone enjoying their crisps ,but not someone speaking directly to me.

My experience at Boots hearing care Sheffield was excellent. The audiologist, Phil I think his name was was extremely informative an approachable , an explained all about the type of hearing loss I had , so was therefore able to inform me about the aids which would suit me best , without any sales pressure.

The audiologist explain himself very clearly and l was able to discuss issues at length. I would have preferred to give my opinion after l had had the opportunity to wear my aids for a while rather than before even trying them.

The audiologist was excellent. Very patient and informative. The test was in-depth.

My 91 year old dad was treated with respect, and not in a condescending manner. He was made to feel at ease all the way through, and he was spoken to and as well as me, as so often isn't the case.

I had a really good hearing test with AJ your audiologist he was so helpful,knowledgeable,and so easy to speak to made my experience really easy as I was very nervous about the whole procedure but he explained everything to me made me feel really at ease .

Got a hearing test done and talked about hearing aid options. I was treated well and found the team to be professional and clear.

Fantastic service in store at Meadowhall from the hearing tests, the audiologist to hearing aids I chose purchased and able to wear a pair to see if they would be suitable for me.
I have bought many pairs of spectacles from Boots and always enjoyed excellent after support.
I spoke to customer services over the phone about a single issue,an important one but who have still never been back in touch by phone or email
and dissapointed regarding this.
Really mixed feelings.
