I’m glad I chose Boots Hearing Care
I’m very pleased with Boots Hearing Care. Being able to try out different types of hearing aids before finally committing is so wonderful. My Audiologist is patient, and helpful and has made the whole process pleasurable.
Lovely lady, I came away looking forward to getting my new aids.
The lady that saw me was very pleasant. She explained exactly what tests she was performing, and what i needed to do, even when i had no hearing aids in she still managed to convey everything with gestures. ( I do not use sign language )
It is important for people to know their level of hearing and which of the aids on offer fits their level of hearing
The relaxed atmosphere that Joshua managed to create lead to an enjoyable experience

I finally relented and admitted that I needed help with my hearing and right from the start, the whole experience was excellent!! I have been luck enough to see Josh throughout all my appointments, which has help build a feeling of continuity and he is helpful and understanding. I am now able to hear properly, for what is probably the first time in years!! I cannot recommend him enough and all within my budget!! All I can say is go for it, you won't beleive the difference that it will make!!
Being able to hear again.

The hearing assessment went very well with your audiologist, Josh I believe his name was. He understood my severe hearing loss which I explained was due to military service(Serving on Tanks} for 20 years.
He admitted that I had defective hearing but did not think I was a lost cause. I am willing to try the 60 day trial of your aids as I have now come to the end of the line with this matter. He was very helpful and informative. I look forward to receiving the aids on the 13th Feb.
