First class service together with knowledgeable operatives.

We visited the Manchester Trafford Centre Store. They were so helpful and professional the whole process was made easy. Sarah Ali, the hearing specialist we dealt with could not have been better.

Very professional staff and very courteous

Having worn Boots hearing aids for 10 years now I can honestly say that their customer service is second to none. Particular praise goes to audiologist Sanah Ali who is attentive, polite, knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. Nothing is too much bother for her. Boots may not offer the cheapest hearing aids but their aftercare is wonderful, and that's really important, especially when you are having issues. Well worth the extra money. I have tried other hearing aid stores but they aren't a patch on Boots. Keep up the good work.

Having had hearing aids for over 7 years I knew that my hearing was gradually becoming worse. I booked a recent appointment for a test and explained to the audiologist, Sanah Ali,of the difficulty I was having, she has been most helpful and very understanding. She allowed me to test the newest hearing aids and I was impressed with the improvement that they have made to my hearing in various settings and locations. I am very pleased with them.

For some year's i have had problems with my hearing, it so difficult to find someone that actually cares about the person and not about making a sale, hearing aids that are not fit for purpose costing a fortune. After a lot of disappointing attempts I decided to give Boot's a try. At last someone who cares about me. Hanah in your Trafford Centre shop is such a wonderful person, she really does care about the work she does. I cannot thank her enough for the help and advice she gives me. Thank you Hanah, please never leave Boots.

Hearing is believing. As I have been to another hearing test, I needed to convince myself that my hearing is altering.
I was dealt with by Sanah Ali, who very clearly explained about what the value of hearing is, test was done and she showed me my results. And you could see where my hearing fault is.
Then Sanah explained that I do need hearing aids, to which we discussed the pros and cons. Of having some aids, plus we discussed prices etc. And with no pressure allowed me to go home so that I may think about this. She also discussed payment options.
This professional lady was just amazing, her ability to put me at ease was brilliant and I would like to thank her for the time and trouble she took to make me understand. Thankyou Sanah Ali.

My wife had a return visit after having had a hearing aid fitted which could not have been better. I had a hearing test as I suffer from tinnitus. Found that I do not need a hearing aid at present but told that I would be monitored each year to see if my hearing went worse and they would call me. All very professional and carried out in a relaxed manner to put us both at ease. Would certainly recommend.

The audiologist Sanah Ali has been fantastic...really helpful , not pushy and being able to try the hearing aids for 90 days is great...get a much better idea how they will work for you.

The audiologist I saw Sanah was extremely professional and helpful advising me on best hearing aids for my hearing loss. My choice was not the cheapest but I considered the best value and comfort fit for me.

Very easy to book a hearing appointment.Saima who carried out my hearing test was very helpful and explained everything.

The audiologist was very professional and helpful,as being the patient I was advised to bring along my wife who was able to give a independent view,and then the audiologist explained the best option after testing my hearing fitted the hearing aid and sent on a 20 minutes walk round the shopping centre and cafe to test it, all in all very friendly efficient audiologist certainly recommend this place and the audiologist.

The lady that delt with me was very through and explained everything, and nothing was too much trouble. I don't think it's fair that the first thing she does is tests you on the dearer hearing aid, before asking did I have a budget!
