As much as I don’t like wearing them I now know I had choices which I feel is best for me and my personal well being.

After nearly 20 years of wearing…
After nearly 20 years of wearing hearing aids and experiencing every make as well as seeing many Audiologists I can honestly say Boots Hearingcare in Windsor is the best by a long way. Haleema Rashid is so personable and really cares about the advice and service she gives. She is so understanding and patient and makes me feel special. I have just upgraded to Phonak Sheres and my quality of life has improved beyond anything I ever expected. Definitley recommend them and Bootshearincare in Windsor in particular.

My appointment was bang on time, no waiting around. My audiologist explained everything in easy to understand terms. The tests were done with care and attention. No detail was too small. The selection of hearing devices was carefully explained so they I had all the information I needed to make an informed choice. Follow up and fitting was again dinner with extreme professionalism.

You saw my dad (and me!) on Friday and he went home with the hearing aid you fitted him with. Firstly I just wanted to say thank you again, you were patient, kind, professional and thorough.
